      Yes, but when you add meat you need to process in pressure canner for 90 minutes.

    Thanks for putting this up, I'm gonna make a batch but I think I'll add 1/4 teaspoon of poultry seasoning to each jar, I think it'll taste a little richer that way,
    But don't get me wrong, I'd gobble it up the way you fixed it! Lol

      I've decided that next time I will cut my potatoes smaller and leave out the pepper. It intensifies too much in canning, so will add it when I am heating up the soup. By the way, my soups are almost gone! I'm going to have to remake a lot of my meals on the shelf after the garden is done.
