I'm so glad I came across this video. I'm 31 and I have been feeling all of these things. My working hours are ridiculous, I hardly ever take time off, and I always have a never ending list of chores around the house. I'm working hard on ensuring that I cook all my meals too!

This is the FIRST weight loss video I can relate to. I'm 37 and to everyone else I'm not overweight, but I am 3 lbs. heavier than I was in my 20's. I don't feel comfortable at this weight, but I started improving my health habbits this week and I feel better today. I'm hopeful. Thank you!
I get that! It messes with your head when other people don’t understand. At least we know what is possible and what is best for ourselves. Hold on to that! And great job with getting back on track 😊

I really appreciate this reminder about rest!! I would work out with HIIT or yoga or 5 days a week and then burn out and not work out for 2 weeks straight. This is such a great reminder to find the balance between being active and give my body time to recover
Wooow!! Everything you described is literally my life right now …Like everything! That’s so weird. Welp I’m happy I found this video! The reeeeaaad was what I needed to hear. I deleted UberEats so I’m definitely going to make healthier choices at home. And you’re right the stresses to be the best dog mom , partner and co worker is getting a hold of me and it drains to the point I want dopamine boost and food has always been my weakness. I just need to have a better relationship with food 🤗

YESSS for real. My yoga studio did a "30 days of yoga challenge" and I ALMOST mind tricked myself into doing that. Nope nope. haha
