    That giving grace part is soooooo important. For me, I was injured a little while back and needed to sit my butt down. I wanted to get back to my normal routine so bad and saw my body changing but needed to remember that my body needed time to heal. I appreciate you sharing :)

      I had the same struggle after knee surgery. Just do the things you can. The healing time will pass eventually. Easier said than done, I know. 😅

    I am getting back on my weightloss journey. I possibly might be going to Paris next year. Gotta be prepared, just in case.
