Gaz helped my chef of a brother realize vegan food could be gourmet too. He isn't vegan, but he's WAY more open and interested in trying vegan dishes now!
Gaz has a super chill vibe that just calms me down while I watch him cook, he is such a relaxed individual that his laid back demeanor just rubs on you, generating an overall soothing effect 👌
My 7 year old daughter loves watching these videos with me. She says you’re so silly! Anyway, thank you for these easy and delicious recipes! I’m excited to try them. They look perfect for meal prep for me and my husband. Kids won’t like some of those flavors but I think they sound “amazing!” (very sophisticated).
Heyy just a tip coming from a Portuguese girl: if you want the second tray to actually resemble somewhat of a Portuguese taste, don't add the ginger and add some garlic and bay leaf!
They both looked so delicious I couldn't decide so I made both and meal prepped for the family for the week. Thanks for the great suggestion. FYI: My husband, the ultimate carnivore enjoyed both of these.
I am so making the baked tray with the sausages. I got a pack of frozen, vegan sausages, but had no clue how to cook them. Now I know! Thanks for sharing the recipe. I will make mine with potatoes, yellow onions, beets, spinach, cherry tomatoes, kashmiri chili powder, turmeric, cumin, and some tandoori paste. Yeah!
You’re definitely going to help me out sooo much this coming couple weeks cause my parents said they’ll go vegan if I cook the meals for them and I’m bout to wow them with all your recipes and hopefully get them on the vegan train 😁
@@busynana7917 So nice to hear that! Keep on with that, your body will thank you! And with time you can try incorporating more whole foods instead of processed :)

Omg, I made this for dinner the tray with the vegan sausages. Before I put it in the oven it had such an amazing smell. And when I took that first bite, I could not believe how delicious and full of flavor it was. I don't care for beets, but I went by the recipe and they were incredible! Everything about this was tasty! Thank you
Honey I made the sticky orange sausage tray bake and let me tell you... YUM NOM😋 I was skeptical because I’ve never used fennel nor orange in a dish but it was simple, wholesome, and delicious💕
My husband (37) had a widow maker heart attack 2.25. There’s a lot going on there, but one thing we’ve done is go completely vegan/plant based. Not a huge stretch for us as I’ve always had a moral issue with factory farming. Anyway, I also work full time and have a 13 mo old son. Going vegan was so nerve wracking for me but every day I open UA-cam and see a video by you that I didn’t know I needed. For the first time in my life, I love ingredients. Not just food but ingredients. The process. What they do for our bodies. I literally just cannot thank you enough.
Ok I couldn't wait and I made the Tofu dish tonight with veggies I had on hand. It was so delicious. I did add a little to much heat but I remember you adding Maple to alot of your recipes and that calmed the heat down and it was as you say AMAZING!

Liked this after hearing you try and say the word sausage. Sticked around because these recipes look delicious and Im super excited to try them 💕
For a moment I understood "eat meat now" hahaha but then I realized I was "eat me now"
The sausage and sweet potato one is a recipe I'd definitely try! 😋
