Hey mate just be careful with that wood fired oven, it's sitting directly on wood chips and as you left it unattended to preheat there were burning pieces of wood almost falling out on to the ground. I would recommend putting down a stone floor so you don't accidentally start a fire. Much love bro! 🙏
What I love about your cooking is that it’s not vegan cooking that happens to taste good, it’s nutritious meals made with love, using what you grow in your garden, which just happens to be vegan as well. Thank you for all the meal inspiration!
Wow, I love watching your videos. They are always a work of art. The music, the visually beautiful scenery inside and outside. The amazing gorgeous food and your calming voice. Thank you for transporting all of us to your magical oasis.🙏❤️
Gaz I have been watching you for over 5 years now and have seen you evolve into this magnificent person and marvelous chef , I have been on and off with my Vegan journey and have found it hard at times but you have alway inspired me and helped me get back on track, I appreciate you soooo very much, wish I could just spend a day with you learning and vibing. Thanks for all you do peace and love 🤟✌️🌻
@@helenbrown6527I think for most people who imagine Tuscan aesthetic this is similar. The kinda brown clayish looking walls, rustic woods, very open and breezy, white linens, stuff like that. Obviously that's not always true and these things are all over, it's still I think what most people will think of.
I am, apparently, a collinary expert and use sumak a lit. Mostly for my lunch falafel wraps. Shredded red cabbage, sliced red onions, parsilly, lemon juice, olive oil and sumak with falafel and chili hummus. Ad chili for your liking
I’m catching up on these videos. What a find this channel is. Everything is well done. Food looked incredible. The videography and music is truly top tier.
I'm postponing every one of my plans this week to make both of these. The recipes alone are incredible but the gorgeous video you've produced/directed and your passion makes me so inspired Gaz. I'm in love with everything you make.
there is so much art in your craft, from the cooking, to the different angles, the sound of the guitar, and just you as human. always a pleasure watching.
You know what? It's a bliss watching your videos. Yea, the storytelling, editing and the cinematic look is amazing, BUT your happiness and excitement about what you do, the little jumps and dances in between, are what's so intoxicating about your videos. I rewatched the moment in 16:05 three times. Thanks for sharing your passion. It's contagious!
The cornstarch (corn flour) reaction was very relatable! Same thing happens to me! It's that dry squeaky quality that just makes my nerves stand on end...blech Also, everything looks delicious! I've had a jar of pomegranate molasses in the back of the cupboard for a while. This video has inspired me to use it!
I'll never understand how you're not a household name world-wide. LOVE your videos, they're like short films. Always recommending the longer form tour of Wales that you did a few years back. So good!! Question about tempeh: I was taught to blanch it a bit before using but I'm not sure what the reason was (bad memory!) . Have you ever heard this?
It is so impressive how you keep your recipes so creative for all those years I am watching your channel. You become a true inspiration for all of us 💪
Your passion for food and Nature's bounty is so contagious, Gaz. It is made even more special by seeing your self-love, I think that we forget to be kind to ourselves by making something delicious and nutrious and made with kindness and compassion. ❤ Wish you had a restaurant in Barcelona (or anywhere), but I will be making these recipes to enjoy - I may or may not be willing to share with friends.
I am Indonesian, and my love for tempeh is off the charts. We love it so much and becomes our staple food. Always love your videos and your garden is so amazing!
Your dishes, your Style, your garden, your authentic love for food, the whole fu**ing way you found to do what you love in a way that fits your style. Man, you inspire me!! I´m 100% sure you will also find a way to open a restaurant and create a feeling for the people who come to enjoy your food that you are happy with. I´m a teacher from Germany and I swear, I would use my whole summer vacation to make a trip to Wales. Some hiking, some sightseeing... Just discover the country. And the initial reason for planning this trip and discovering Wales will be a visit to your Restaurant. Some take me to Wales!!!
I can totally relate relate to this because couple of years ago I was going through so much - so many things kept happening at one after the other, and I just couldn’t take it anymore. I was crying constantly - while meditating, while working out, while walking down the street, while cooking, while sleeping, etc.… I was also doing all the things - meditating, yoga, doing therapy, etc.… Eventually, I got better and things are good now, but in the words of Kathleen Cameron “I am grateful, but never satisfied”. So I continue to work on myself and things get better and better.
Gaz you dont come off like blowing your own trumpet at all. It is great that you challenge yourself to try new things and see how it works. When it does, it's a celebration!!
Need more videos like this! Trying to pack in calories and protein as someone who is plant based can sometimes be challenging. I'd love a video like this but quick meals/snacks. ☺️
This all looks sooo amazingly delicious!!! Great photography. Your kitchen is beautiful. You are an incredible human being. Thank you for this feast for the soul.❤
When I saw your Instagram stories featuring my birthplace 🇯🇲 Jamaica , I had to give you a shout out in my recent video. I love your content and your appreciation for natural living. BTW.. ❤your new kitchen and everything in it. It inspired me to paint the lower cabinets in our Airbnb green 🤗. Great content and thanks for the inspiration!
I adore tempeh. I used to culture it myself but I wasn't always able to ensure consistent results that I liked so I switched to making Natto instead. There is nothing like excellently cooked tempeh 🙂
To see how you've evolved Gaz is a pleasure. You have a natural skill which is rare, good on you for living the dream 😊 keep up the amazing content loving it 🥰 where do you get alot of your inspiration?
Love how your kitchen looks like, especially with the green stove! I like how Tom is able to capture everything so professionally. But I miss Olli! Is he still filming with you? And what about Marcus?
Man I love your videos I've been watching them for almost seven years seriously one of my favorite channels on the Internet. Much love from California 🙏
That tempeh looking like a damn flavor explosion, incredibly impressive. The contrast of all that seasoning and sauce on the outside with the rich white of the tempeh on the inside when you cut it (15:42) is mouthwatering.
Living in Bali, Indonesia - Tempeh is my number one protein! I have just planted some non-GMO soybeans with the goal to make my own soon! These two menus combine my most favourite foods - coriander/cilantro, tempeh and brownies! I will be saving this and trying as soon as I can!
Hi Gaz! Thanks for the vid! I really enjoy your recipes but it's also fascinating to watch your journey towards self-sufficiency. I'm learning a lot :)

Congratulations on making it to this point no one can ever comprehend all that goes in to getting to your dreams...to get it to reality is hard work (that is an understatement...) but in due time all things will work out for your good.. Sending you lots of ❤ and good luck with all you still need to take on all the way from South Africa... Cape Town ❤
This recipe was soooo delicious!!! Highly recommend making it!!! The whole family loved the cilantro sauce. I made it with dates. I added kale into the bean dish and used chicken for the meat eaters in place of tempeh.
Your enthusiasm❤, the best part of whatching someone cooking , the love, fresh ingredients and the aromas...it reminds me of my mum, makes the food taste better, thats what she always told me, i cant cook but i have the same enthusiasm eating😅.wish you all the best
Both the Tempe and the brownie creation looked too good..your reaction said it all..hit all the right notes..thanks Gaz…your new kitchen looks specky….🦋⭕️🦋

Also I had a middle eastern guy at the market I go to tell me to mix the pomegranate syrup and tahini together and try it on some sour dough or a cracker like PB&J! Since your tahini love like myself you should try it because it’s AMAZING! Chefs kiss!
