Lentil and walnut mince:
- 1 brown onion, diced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 cup walnuts, ground
- 400g brown lentils, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 30g taco seasoning
- salt and pepper, to taste
Coriander lime cashew cream:
- 1 cup raw cashews, soaked and drained
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp veggie stock powder
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- juice of 1 lime
- small handful fresh coriander
- water, to desired consistency
Crispy chickpeas:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 400g chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Tahini dressing:
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- water, to desired consistency
Butter tofu curry:
Tofu:
- 450g firm tofu, torn into chunks
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Curry:
- 1/4 cup vegan butter
- 1 brown onion, diced
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tsp vegan chicken stock powder
- 2/3 cup plant cream
- fresh spinach, as desired

Love your recipes. I use less oil in my cooking but still get inspiration from you! Just bit confused, did you use almonds or walnuts when making tacos? Video says almonds and recipe says walnuts.
