the pumpkin recipes always hits different. Queen, pumpkins are my favourite vegetables too and I’m just in heaven because I have you who creates heavenly good looking meals with them. 🤤
It's Saturday morning here in Poland and it's so nice to be able to eat my breakfast in bed watching your new video 🥰 It gets me very inspired to cook new meals and do some meal preping for the next week ❤ Have a lovely day! ☺
Idk if this is the “correct” way to cook dumplings but I usually put them right in the pan with a bit of oil to crisp up the bottom, then once they’re crispy put a little bit of water in the pan and lid on to steam them! 😊 saves me some dishes and they still come out super yummy 🤤
This video inspired me so much to clean my fridge (it's not looking its best right now!) and meal prep! Everything looks so delicious and simple yet creative. I really want to try and make those cute little dumplings. Hugs from Barcelona!!
For dumplings, making your own wrappers is a game changer. The store bought are dry and often crack. If you make your own wrappers they're pliable and easier to handle. If you want more goyza, fry them first in oil, they add a splash of water into the pan and cover and steam. You risk damaging the wrappers if you steam first. And lastly, highly recommend not cooking your tofu but just marinading once you've grated it! Finally, well done you they look fantastic! You'll be making siu mai in no time! Highly recommend a hoisin and peanut butter sauce for dipping rice paper rolls as well
Thank you for this comment! I’ve tried making my own from the store and my own dough and haven’t successfully wrapped them yet - do you have a recipe you reccomend to make them yourself?
Great video Amanda 💓🧸 always coming through with the meal inspo Video Request- maybe a shop with you video at the supermarket or how you shop to plan your meals for the week and use up the items you purchased? i think that could be incredibly helpful to many to see how your ingredients come to life x
Best falafel recipe I’ve tried is by Nagi & from recipetineats… large food processor required…dried soaked chickpeas a must…sooo good! I freeze the leftovers to air fry as needed !
Hi Amanda! I always try to add protein in my breakfasts but don't have protein powders. Do you think some nut butter could work with these overnight oats? Especially the lemon one sounds amazing but I don't know what to pair with it. Thanks for the video!
I would add some pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds (or even hemp) to the overnight oats, let them soak in the porridge over night and you will both boost the protein and micro nutrients of your oatmeal. Ofc you can top the porridge too with almond / peanut or seed butter too. If you really would like to feel experimental in the kitchen you could try to mix cooked white beans with the non dairy milk and use it as a base for the porridge. Making the overnight oats with soy milk also gives it a good amount of protein naturally.
The pita pockets remind me of orgasmic falafel in byron bay!! My absolute favourite. Love all the recipes will definitely be making many of these ! ❤️💕
I'm with you on the pumpkin - also one of my fav veggies for sure, especially kabocha! But did u know that you can eat it's skin (not at all judging just wondering)? Actually, it's one of my favourite parts. And if you really don't like it you could try adding it into veggie broth, it's really flavoursome and imao a pity to waste it :)
All afternoon, I knew I wanted a little something, then I saw your date snickers, had to go out and get supplies! Brilliant sweetie treatie! Thanks Amanda
ooo have you been to easy house in mermaid? best dumplings around! also red ginger in byron and bangalow has awesome vegan yum cha (soy skin spring rolls are the best)
DO IT!DO IT! DO IT! Love your videos, and I would love to see a meal prep Sunday😊
Will do :) 🧡

Thank you so much ❤️
Ginger trick! I cut it into coins and freeze it, then I crop it with a big knife, the freezing step makes the strong fiber so much easy to cut :)
This is genius Omg
Amazing thank you heaps 🧡
