Encountered a problem after an exercise 10 days ago, deep aching pain in lower back left side into buttock. I wonder if you have any specific sequences or suggested routines to try to ease this constant ache, extremely uncomfortable. Not sure if Psoas or sciatica problem. Never encountered this before. Hi Barbara, I am sorry to hear about your back pain. As it's been going on for 10 days, I would suggest to see a physiotherapist to understand what exactly is going on.
