Oh Mummy dear I'm over here and I'm never coming back, What keeps me here is the price of beer, the smidgens and the schnapps! Loved the video and the hug!🥰
That iPhone thinks it's better than us Jason 🤣 Yes, stuff sending stuff back unassembled if you have all the parts of the phone. Just watching now so let's get into it. Thanks for the upload ✅ 6:48 Apple gives you one long screw to really screw you over 😢
I was a bit nervous when sending this back in 2 pieces but so very glad to find it was only a connector issue. That phone has been running for 3 days now without any restarts or charging problems. I'm shipping it back to the customer today! (fully re-assembled..)
Uuuhhh… you have developed a nice tan 😊 About this video - 11 is notorious for battery connector. I always need to stretch the data pins after using the power squid on it
Hi There, I would like to know how do you identify and replace capacitors. Those tiny capacitors on the PCB have no labels on them so do you replace by their similar size with a new capacitor?
Hi. What is this current monitoring/graphing device you use? It's it as part of psu or separate module? It's not mentioned in equipment list. Regards from viewer. Please continue sharing the knowledge.
Looked in your list of tools already. What’s the name of the volt meter you have. Can’t find one like that. Been looking for someone for the shop. Like the graph function. Can see test points and follow the timing on drop off and uptick. Would be very useful in seeing a problem in the electronics I work on. Thanks.
I got this one from Union Repair years ago but they don't sell it anymore. I'm not seeing a suitable replacement from them but surely someone must sell something comparable! I believe Amazon would but I haven't used any other meters for a while to give a good recommendation though.
I finally mentioned it at the beginning of my recent video. Unfortunately the company that sent it to me no longer sells it! Should be able to find one similar. I haven't tried yet tho!
Dont fall for it man. Get it fixed, put it together and put a warranty sticker on it so if they open it=warranty void. That way you know it was done right and can say NO to those who mess with it. They put it together and flexed the board causing broken solder joint or who knows what other damage.
I'm going to try to post more often and not have to much down-time. For me it is tough to balance time between work, family & UA-cam. I'm determined to figure it out though!
What everyone who wants to open their phone. Please just draw a picture before removing screws. Then when removing screws notate where long screws are coming from which hole. I did that when I started, and it sure saved me from long screw damage. It is very basic that can help with destroying your phone.
I try not to leave it with things scattered out at the end of the day so it gets cleaned up almost daily. Sometimes it's hard to avoid though and I will let it pile up for a few days. :-) That is, the immediate bench area.. the rest of the shop can get really cluttered. Need more space!
@@ststele it’s all cool my friend and do the same does the same when my mrs comes home from looking after her 97 year old from respite, love your vid 👍🥰
I don’t know if any of your viewers mentioned this before but I can’t get eyes moved away from that dirty blue mat you are working on. Is it not possible to clean it rubbing alcohol or something? 👽😂😂👽
