    I wish I saw your video yesterday because I had to trim my overgrown St. Augustine grass today.
    The cheater edge looks very helpful. Thanks for sharing!

    Makes me feel better for trying to do my sidewalk, which hasn’t been edged for years.

    When I edge mine, I carefully load those cuttings in my wheelbarrow with a flat point shovel and plant them in thin spots in the yard. This time of year they just take right off. You can also take a screwdriver and poke a hole in the ground then poke those single shoots in the ground and they grow well, too.

    You have the echo speed feed head on there put A rubber washer on it and it will stop the top ring from spinning mine was doing the exact same thing. I love this trimmer. And Job on the video

    Great video, would it make any difference of have a more powerful edger, with a sharper blade? Thanks

      I have a echo stick edger and it might make a slight difference but once you keep on using the edger the outcome will come out the same. I would definitely buy a echo gas edger over this Milwaukee it’s definitely cheaper also.

    Those can be money makers if you price them right. It takes usually 2-3 times longer to clean those up. I usually just use string trimmer. Do the cheater edge, a couple times and regular edge a section at a time.

    Thanks for the great video I have just recently purchased a sidewalk edger like that but it's missing a few pieces and parts but I will get that but now I have a little bit more knowledge on how to use it I don't know some people just use a regular weed eater but you can never have too many Tools in your toolbox👍👍

    Those cheater edges drive me crazy. Most guys around here think that’s a finished product. That’s how they undercut prices. I might be a lil more expensive but I edge every week and it looks like a professional did it. That’s my rant. Haha.

    How do you restore an edge that has been pushed back due to bad edging?

    Is it me or does that thick, dry overgrowth happen in areas where the lawn is near a body of water? There's a river outside of my front yard and I've had the exact same problem when I would edge without a stick edger

    How can I start a Lawn Care company? Do I need any permission or license? I just want to cut grass and do the basics.
    I don't have my own house, I just rent. What equipment do you recommend to start with? I only have $ 1,500.00 to $ 1,800.00.

  • @gr8ful4EPdedhed

    Why would anyone want that battery powered junk. Woulda been done in 2 minutes with a gas edger

    • @tylerist8
      @tylerist8 9 місяців тому

      I use all battery powered tools for outdoor stuff. Just cheaper to get the same thing for edger. If you keep up with it it works great but I rent a gas power walk behind if mine gets overgrown

      Dewalt 60v is very powerful. I had 2022 30 or 40cc craftsman 4 stroke that was heavy as hell, string head broke with one tap on my rock retaining wall. These two trimmers are the same power but the dewalt hasn’t blown apart and is light.
