    I have been using red light therapy for about 2 months. I’m using a very similar machine to your small panel & it is also considered a pro machine. I’m a lot older than you & I bought for 2 reasons. 1 I have MS & I read several articles about how red light therapy helps MS & of course I want my skin to look better if possible. I am consistently using at least 6?days a week for 10 minutes in a fashion similar to the way you use it letting the red light wash over my face & neck & upper shoulders. One amazing thing has happened. My left arm used to go numb every night waking me up consistently all night long. And in the last 2 weeks I’ve slept all night. Not a tingle. I’m shocked. That is a benefit I never expected. My skin is developing a glow. Nice. I’ve always had nice skin and been complimented for it even at my age of 73. I have very few wrinkles. I guess it’s the Swedish high cheek bones I inherited from my grandmother. Personally I love using the red light therapy. I find it very relaxing. I would recommend it to anyone .

They said do not use it on recent burn and connected a link stating recent burns may contain residual thermal energy that may be increased by heat from red light therapy.

    I’m 58 and felt so badly about myself because the area around my mouth was starting to droop. It aged me terribly. I tried injections once but it changed my smile and didn’t look natural. I invested in a high end mask and have been faithful using it at least 4 nights a week. WOW! What a difference it’s made!!! It actually tightened the area!!! I thought I’d never consider a face lift but it was so bad and made me look old, I was considering having work done, but don’t feel like I need to now!!! My face isn’t wrinkle free but really reversed sagging!! I’ll be investing in a panel today! I had no idea about panels until I stumbled onto this video. My Rheumatologist is trying to get insurance to help pay for the full body one for my Autoimmune disease as it has been shown in some small studies to be very beneficial in tamping down inflammation which I find fascinating. Either way it's what I was going to ask for for Christmas but this just seals the deal. My sons Psychologist also said it could help my sons depression/ADD symptoms. If you use a Camera, it can detect invisible light. My favourite Device which I use for Kidney Stones and Kidney infections is an Ultrasound Device. This isn't the type like an X Ray Machine. It's for killing Pain. Another Device I like is my Infra Red Cavitation and Ultrasound Machine that busts up Fat Cells so they get Dissolved by your body over time !!!! I think taking care of yourself overall, diet, exercise, good mental health practices, sleep and the fun stuff like devices and skincare can go a long way in helping you feel and look your best. It doesn't matter to everyone, but I think to those who it does matter to, it can be a game changer in how they feel about life overall.

      @annmarieknapp 7 місяців тому +1

      Yes, I have noticed aging picking up and I do it all to prevent aging and sun damage. I am already saving for a vertical restore,but want to avoid that unless it's absolutely inevitable. I am out front and center for my job so I do feel self conscious. And anyone reading this, I am now studying ageism, because it's very real and threatening to how you may be perceived in your career. I'm not an actress or in another career path where your appearance is that critical to work, but still very much feel the sexism now that I'm a woman in my early 50's. I know I don't look my age whatever 54 is supposed to look like today when we live in a time where JLo and Jennifer Aniston are still stunning and look like they are in their 30's. Especially, JLo...I swear she just gets more beautiful with time (inside and out. She is a lovely person). Anyway, ageism hits us all if we live long enough and women in their 50's and 60's are treated much worse than their male counterparts. So I know it's unrealistic to look like I'm in my 20's, but youthful like my heart feels and engaging because I want to reinvent myself in a career capacity. No one tells men they can't do that. Why should it be any different for women? I recommend getting the panel folks. I did have a cut on tip of my nose which healed up this week and only used it 4 days. My immune system hasn't been none for that, so unless it's placebo, I'm already happy I picked it up. Bought on an Amazon Prime sale and saved about 30%.

    It's not only mitochondria : all hydrophillic membranes will purify water electrostatically when receiving IR. The human body is majority of water. Also if any essential nutrient or mineral is deficient, it can dring you down from the most optimal state. Since food grow in dirt not soil, since CO2 is high, since fish and meat farmed in captivity is badly fed, our bodies are under attack. There is aging, and there is beautiful aging. If you slow glycation, inflamation, oxydation, then you have it all. Just never do any surgery or any toxic product like botox. @@MrKongsMom can I ask one more question? Is your a table top design or do you just hold it on your lap? There are so many options. I'm thinking of getting just the smallest one for targeted treatment and moving it around if I want to use it other than my face and neck.

      @@sonjaforrester9255 I set mine on box on my table. I don't have the stand. I used to use it in bed by propping it up on my knees while I lean back. Either way works.

    I just purchased the 18 inch panel and the one both are use the one for like my husband’s arms. He has tendinitis really bad and then I use the one on my knee and then the panel I have hanging on our guest bedroom door and I do 25 minutes forward, facing in 25 minutes with my back facing it so far I am on day four and I’m starting to see a little bit of difference but not a whole lot. I know it takes like 3 to 4 weeks before you start to really notice anything I’m just curious as the difference in the lights there’s the red light and then there’s the in the NI And I have no idea the difference I’m using both of them at the same time for my entire body and it doesn’t state if you have to stand close or far away I am standing 2 feet away with it focused right around my chest area and I could see my whole body is covered in a light red but not a bright red, so I’m just wondering if it really does anything if it’s not really focus on a certain point point

      I am fairly close to mine but I focus mostly on my face neck and chest. You are still receiving the benefits at 2 feet away but you can get closer if you would like.

    I’m 62 with a beautiful natural skin but my neck is heading to another direction. Would a red light help with my neck skin, and is there any reports of skin CA due to the light?

    Have you heard of red light bringing dark spots to the surface of your skin? I have had the Mito pro 300 for a week and a half and have seen a few new spots on my face which I’m worried about.

      Ok so yes this is a thing... you may be one of the few people who's skin reacts the NIR. For some it can bring out discoloration in the skin. You can still use the device! Just do not use the NIR when treating your face. The red light alone should be just fine. In the meantime a good vitamin C should help you resolve the spots. I'm sorry that happened to you.

    You said “if you know that you can’t use the infra-red, then you can just turn that off and use only red light”.
    What things might stop people being able to use INFRA Red? Are there specific contra-indications?
    Thanks.

      Some people have melasma that can be triggered by infrared light.

      Oh thanks! No my eyes are green. I don't wear contacts... putting my fingers in my eyeballs freaks me out lol. My hair is naturally gray. I think it's just the lighting in this video that may make them appear gray. They are green.
