What Gary didn't talk about was the difference between the natural level of blue light in sunlight and the levels in screens and artificial lights, also how too much can affect melatonin levels and sleep. To find out more about it look up 'Block Blue Light UK', they have information on Blue Light glasses (for blocking excessive blue light), red light therapy products etc. If you go to 'menu', 'learn' then 'science' there is a lot of literature available to look at. I've felt a lot of difference at night since replacing normal bulbs with blue light free bulbs.

There's loads of positive research on DPLT red light therapy out there. The idea is that certain wavelengths of light basically supercharge cellular energy levels and other stuff, allowing the body to do what it's supposed to do if it is operating at peak efficiency.

Ive been doing red light for many years. It is incredible. You must do it a minimum of 3 times a week. At 3 weeks youll start seeing slight changes then 3 months people will ask you what youre doing differently. It stimulates collagen production in turn making you look younger. It can help with circulation, metabolism, sleep, libido, chicken skin, reduce/rid scarring and the list goes on. Who wouldnt want to look and feel better!

@@ScoutsHonor. the virus is hiding under the skin starting to tingle and itch 🦠 and rise to the surface
The red light exposes it to light
weakens it chases it away while strengthening your 👄 lips
Making it tougher to poke thru
Ever notice how like most of us have the virus - but only pokes thru on some of us!
Urs found a way out to the surface- This is like closing the door on it! U have an area that is weak and the virus 🦠 can easily flow thru it!
It usually likes the same spot right!? that’s where it lies waiting sleeping getting ready for u big day to come out and shout surprise 🥳🥳🥳I’m here
      And ruin your life!
So ya know where it hangs out
Zap it with the red light!
I usually turn the wand on it lights for like 60 seconds I’ll use it like 2xs in a row. Maybe 2-3 xs in a day depending on
I don’t do more then that because it won’t burn u - but it’ll make ur lip tastes like a penny or something if you do it too much!
So get the wand - I also have a red lamp it’s not as effective as the wand! The wand is direct! So bigger isn’t better
Hold the power button for like 5 seconds it’ll light up go to the strongest setting if u know it’s coming and zap it - zap it when u feel it coming and use the lighter setting like as a daily practice in the beginning
Just to try it and strengthen your tissue start closing the door 🚪 to the cold sores entry way
If ones coming n ya don’t have the wand yet
      1. Pop 3-4 ibuprofens right away for the swelling before it even has a chance
      2. Pop valtrex - don’t need it daily! But this shit works n shortens the duration
If you have any anxiety around your cold sore worries woes Im happy to help and guide ya thru it!
It’s really a lot bigger in our eyes than what others see!
I’d be happy to share my info you can send me pics I’ll give u my true opinion if u should hide under a rock or go to work 😂
You’re not alone with this! It use to be such a common thing to have and they started making fun of them to sell product and now we’ve just become the brunt of jokes for a virus damn near everyone Carries 😏
      So don’t stress about them!
      Have ur wand ready

I get the tingles from time to time but never the sore anymore. I just zap it with the light and go about my day
But if ur really getting them bad or often
Pop 3-4 ibuprofen for the pain and swelling before the pain and swelling even occurs
Take valtrex get a rx from ur dr and take as needed. You don’t have to take it daily. Just when u feel a cold sore coming
This was my go to before the Wand
So if you’re experiencing something now -
      Wand - Ibuprofen- valtrex
If u r stuck in anxiety about it and ur stress gives u cold sores
See a hypnotist and I know a great naturopathic
      Who can also help!
I’ve spent 30 years with cold sores! I’ve tried everything
      Every snake oil out there!
I stopped going in the sun I stopped eating popcorn and never drank coffee I’d pee on sticks to make sure i wasn’t too acidic!
Telling u I tried everyday thing every diet every recommendation
I suffered my entire life with these red raw blisters against pale white skin!
So I saw the naturopathic dr
She turned my 10-12 cold sore processes
Into 3-4 days where it would crust
Then I saw a hypnotist - so I could play in the sunshine again and drink coffee and get rid of the anxiety
Then i learned to pop the cold sores - this is master level -I do not recommend this at all - unless you know what the hell you are doing!
And if ur lip hurts take the ibuprofen and hit it with the red light!
The red light won’t kill the virus - but it will kill the opening!m it comes from!! And it won’t move around to try and find a new way to the surface! It tried it failed it’ll lay dormant again! It’ll try again on ur next special occasion!
The red light will really ware it out -

    • @DogWhispering
      @DogWhispering Місяць тому +6

Here's what the supplier's website says:
      Eye Discomfort
As mentioned earlier, direct exposure of the eyes to red light can cause discomfort or temporary visual disturbances. Adhering to proper eye protection guidelines significantly reduces the risk of such issues.
Secondly, as a precautionary measure, it is essential to shield the eyes from direct exposure to red light therapy, particularly if you use it for your face. The eyes are sensitive to intense light, and prolonged exposure can lead to damage. Appropriate eye protection, such as goggles or eye patches, is crucial to ensure the safety of the treatment.

Get it from DAYLIGHT. First thing in the morning! Think what we are evolutionarily adapted to getting in nature. Indoor lighting is very narrow bands of wavelengths, without all of the orchestra playing well together to allow us to thrive. We would not be here if daylight was harming us severely. There are many wavelengths that are beneficial, to balance it all out with beautiful light music. Don't burn, but charge your solar panel skin, it gets stored in your tissues to be emitted as biophotons that power our physiologic pathways. Going indoors, hiding behind sunglasses, slathering our skin with chemicals, is NOT natural. Think like a lion, lay and play in the sun, but GET into the shade when it gets too much. They don't need to think about it, buy expensive products, they just know! Because they are environmentally adapted to be powered by the sun..... just as you are. They HARVEST light. They don't eat junk food, or junk light, we do both and pay a heavy price! IMHO Learn a bit about physics of light, AND how it DOES apply to biology... and your health.... AND it's FREE.
