      Lets meet. Revvs all the way to redline. Plus the initial torque has not deteriorated. Yeah its more bassy now.

    Awesome. Want to get the cam upgrade in a few months. May I ask you how much it cost you for the cam alone?

      Sure. The Cam costs ~25k in India. I bought it from High note performance from their website.

      Yes I did. Had to remove the head to replace the shims since my man didn't have the tool

    S&S cam profiles scanned ?
    Lift , event ,duration ,overlap and change in rocker arm - valve angle at full lift due to lift change ?

      Yes. Hold on.
      High lift and longer duration cam builds power sooner in the RPM range and holds it for longer.

      They provided shims for spacers

    The S&S camshaft is NOT high lift, the duration between opening and closing is different from stock (the reason for the shim washers because the valves stay open longer). It vastly improves rideability and torque, there is no gain in usable horsepower. My Interceptor has Weisco 83.5mm pistons and an S&S cam, all parts have over 15,000 miles. Again, lift is the same as the stock camshaft...

      Wow. That is new information for me. Will check again. It is advertised as a high lift cam though. Definitely worth checking.

      @@ridezilla402 check the actual numbers. I would not trust any claims by S&S. I own two Triumphs that are 865cc. They are 90mm bore and 68mm stroke. The 90mm pistons with the Royal Enfield 67.8mm stroke is 862.65cc or roughly 863cc, yet S&S lies about the actual displacement of their big-bore kit. Again, S&S doesn't tell the truth. They also claim the big-bore kits as "bolt-in" which they are not.

      @@ridezilla402 my late wife was from the area of Ohio where the "big-bore" components are made; WiseCo pistons, Cometic Gaskets (copper head gasket in the kit) and Advanced Sleeves (cylinder liners). S&S is a middleman with the only "exclusive" being an agreement with WiseCo not to list the pistons in their catalog (yet anyway) and not to sell directly to the public. Both Cometic and Advanced Sleeves will sell parts all day long; I've bought sleeves from Advanced, talked to them on the phone! There is an 89mm piston that makes 844cc with the stock R.E. 650's stroke...I am working on putting an "INT 850" kit together, have already built one 750INT and it has almost 17,000 miles on it (one of 2 S&S big-bore kits that I bought). The bike has the S&S cam in it also.
