- Doug Bania, an expert hired by Johnny Depp's legal team, testified in the actor's defamation trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard. Bania told the jury that he found Heard's Q scores were "terrible" following "Aquaman," refuting her lawyers' argument that her career was on the rise following that movie. Bania also testified that both of Heard's expert could not prove causation between comments from Depp's attorney Adam Waldman and Heard's career prospects being lowered.

Second, Zendaya built her career from the ground upas a child star for Disney on the basis of her own talent. Most of the kids that work with Disney dont go any further to being bigger stars. Now this man is an educated witness and an expert. You can compare him to all the other “experts” that showed up this past week to testify and understand the difference of someone who knows what they’re talking about vs. a biased testimony.
so does the definition of psychopath, The most important testimony of the day was David A. Kulber, Johnny's hand specialist. Johnny's lawyer established Johnny could not punch with his right hand, and he also could not grab with his right hand. Amber's sister claimed Johnny grabbed Amber by the hair and punched her. If he had hit her with his injured finger, he would have had to get his cast fixed, which the doctor said he could not do. That would mean he had to have grabbed her by the hair with a hand that could not grab. Any way you look at her testimony it could not happen. Additionally, if he had been able to punch with his pinned finger, the bruise on Ambers face would have been on the other side of her face.

In Aquaman I didn’t even know who she was and thought she isn’t talented enough to be a stand out role and when the marvel or DC guy this morning mentioned the chemistry between AH and Jason Mamoa wasn’t there he said good actresses have it and they don’t have to manipulate I’m editing I hope AH listens to all this experts and works ok being a better actress but if you want a job in entertainment you have to have the public like you and it’s clear she never was and even her biggest role still wasn’t that memorable to the public!!!

Definitely no Anya Taylor-Joy or even an Angelina Jolie. And you can only play the “hot blonde girl” character for so long until you get too old for it. Even that character doesn’t really require much talent. Fact is that she requires talent now to succeed.

Arnold was one of the worst expert witnesses ever. And there were some really bad ones in this case alone. Everything was based on what AHs agents told her. And kept saying how long she’s been in the business and saying “standard in the industry” But anyone in the general public knows more about movies and who were in them than the 35 yr expert. I don’t think she actually knew Christian Bale was Batman. When they were talking about superheroes roles casting change I was trying to telepathically tell the attorney to use Spider-Man as an example haha

Interesting. It should be easy to argue that any “damage” to her career as a result of this case is due to public opinion of her based on “her” actions and own behavior. If she is seen in a negative light due to the case, it’s likely because she is coming off negatively based on her own actions. That’s no one’s fault but her own and her attorneys

This is a defamation/domestic violence case but as much as anything I think it’s shined a light on malignant narcissism.
