Marks explained that Heard's witness discussed the number she came to, but refused to give any context to how that number was reached. Marks said the witness "built a house of cards on nothing."

I think this man was a solid, believable witness. Not snarky, not mean spirited, just straight to the point based on a long career and history in Hollywood. He seemed like a straight shooter IMHO.

I really enjoy Mr. Marks’ testimony. He’s very pleasant, relaxed, intelligent, well-spoken and extremely knowledgeable.

there's no retakes in trial. In films, directors get to choose from multiple takes and work with different angles. this trial probably exposed her shitty acting and perhaps no other films will take her.

I like that he called out Ms. Arnold claiming to know what JM's contract says (while somehow smartly avoiding saying actual numbers). Btwn Hamada and Marks, she got wrecked. It's so egregious that she compares herself to all of those more established actors and expected no one to make a true comparison.
You can clearly see the difference between a good witness such as Johnny's, that is telling the truth and has well balanced views, in comparison to Amber's witness who are lying and a total mess.

I kept saying to myself, so when is she going to present the metrics with which she used to compare. Where's the record of Amber's earnings, where's the financial records of other actors, what are the comparisons of screen time, casting role, earnings, time in the industry, global recognition, award nominations.. anything. Just present one piece of evidence that reinforces your opinion...
And today we have 2 actual experts of the industry refuting it all. Essentially reducing Amber to a second rate actress and a liar 😂
