  • Johnny Depp has returned to the stand in his defamation trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard, telling the jury that he was not aware of comments made by his attorney Adam Waldman until after they were published. Depp also described how he assisted Heard in getting her role as Mera in the first "Aquaman" film, saying he called Warner Bros. executives and after his calls she was cast in the role.

There’s only so much “acting” one can do, especially when you’re put out to testify in a courtroom for a trial, watched and judged by millions. There’s only so much one can fake through their acting skills when you’ve put up with all fake accusations and called a DV aggressor. And by the looks, JD looks really vulnerable, not the faked overacted one which Heard tries to show (tries, cuz she fails anyways). I just hope JD can live a normal happy life like a happy man he deserves to be after legit getting rigged through hell. Respect to his courage for standing up.

Her lawyers never give him time to respond and show him information that he does not recognize. They’re baiting him. But when AH is on the stand, she’s always breaking her neck to look at the jury in her responses. She’s acting. And she’s not very good at it. I’m sorry, but that’s not the way a woman of physical and sexual abuse would respond. And on a side note, who wouldn’t get along with Jason Mamoa?! Only her.

      *ATTENTION*
The law is on Amber’s side of the argument, and the facts are on Johnny’s side of the argument. As explained below.
Amber is not being sued for abusing Johnny. Johnny is suing Amber for ‘Defamation’; being a reduction in his career outcomes due to Amber’s allegations on social media of Johnny being an abuser.
All Amber has to do is keep repeating and claiming Johnny is an abuser, so that Johnny’s claim of Defamation is deemed not applicable, because if Johnny is proven to be an abuser (even just one time), it will mean Amber’s social media post will not be considered as Defamation - because it would mean that her social media post is not a fabricated lie.
Due to the above, Johnny is proving he is a victim of abuse, based on the facts, so to prove that Amber’s social media post (claiming Johnny to be an abuser) is proven to be a fabricated lie and therefore considered Defamation - because for Johnny to prove he is a victim of abuse, disproves Amber’s allegations of Johnny being the abuser.
What’s funny is Amber has no evidence and cannot prove Johnny is an abuser. That is why Amber and her team are demonising Johnny for his history of drug abuse and how it has affected his ability to conduct himself professionally as an actor on set.
What’s even more funny is Amber testify to taking drugs such like MDMA and Mushrooms, on occasions such like their Wedding Day, and other occasions in the arena of Johnny, whilst Amber also is claiming Johnny has a drug problem and she does not support it, but yet Amber takes drugs with Johnny around. SMH.
Amber obviously subscribed to Hitler’s theory; “Lie big, and lie often, and the people will believe you”. True story.

First they have to admit they have a mental illness and since narcissist believe they are perfect the chances of them admitting that fact is very slim to none. The last stat I saw on that was under 5%. If you know anything about a narcissist you would know they always want to be in control. The world revolves around them and their wants or goals. I would say that since he did say to her she would never see his eyes again or something to that degree, yes it's eating her up that she can't get him to lock eyes with her. Narcs use their eyes a lot in their attempt to control someone. I noticed when she was on the stand she primarily looked at 2 things, the jury and straight ahead at Johnny. It was driving her nuts he kept his eyes looking downward as he doodled on his notepad. Which for him is a way he controls his stress. Her only desire in life now, because he hasn't succumbed to her goals, is to make him as uncomfortable as possible and try like heck to destroy him and his life. He's been doing a lot of research on narcissism or perhaps seen an expert on the subject because he is doing everything but what she wants. He is determined to stay one step ahead of her at all times and to win his case. If he wins and I thoroughly believe he will, it will drive her wickedly crazy. That does frighten me. Narcissist will kill someone if they feel like they have a lot invested in the relationship and no matter what they do they are unable to control at least some aspect of said relationship. I put them way up their with serial killers. Different reasons to kill but so mentally disturbed the end result is the same.

The deal is , it's quite obvious she is lying and making a mockery of people who have truly been abused. Its disgusting. This is so publicized and therefore has become a culture in all of its own. Except this culture now, is going to cause REAL abuse victims to be ignored because of Amber being a manipulator. Now that the DC studio head had to come in to testify yesterday to set the record straight about her lies, it’s doubtful that DC and WB will ever hire her again. They’d be smart to remove her from the film - knowing most people would happily see it without her in it. My hope is that other studios take note that she’s now a liability and will negatively affect box office numbers.

I have said the same when I listen to him. That's why my opinion changed so drastically in the beginning. Listening to him, I could definitely relate to what and how he was saying. I remember being in the middle of a disagreement with my ex and couldn't remember what is said 20 minutes before. My ex would take what I had said and pick every single letter apart a thousand different ways. 20 minutes in I couldn't even remember what I'd actually said. I honestly thought I WAS crazy and that maybe he was right. It wasn't until later, while in court ordered counseling, that I was told that that was very common for victims in my situation. I've seen those who claim that this gods to prove that she's a victim. The difference is that you either remember or you don't. The situation doesn't change. His stories stay the same. Hers are all over the place. Btw the memory loss is a symptom of PTSD. You either remember the situation in glaring detail as if it happened a few minutes before or you don't remember it at all. Watching her testify, I can definitely understand why Dr Curry felt that she was trying to appear as if she has PTSD as opposed to him, who seems to just want to tell what happened and then move on

She hit him twice. Johnny’s a tough guy. He’s rugged and a scrapper. Being hit by a small woman on two occasions isn’t going to traumatize him. I’m sorry but you guys treat this man like he’s this delicate flower of a man. He clearly assaulted her on many occasions. Nobody has proven those witnesses to be lying. There is no reason to doubt them or the images taken of her injuries. Victims sometimes lash out violently against their abuser. Abusers often try to use those incidents to accuse the victim of being the abuser but then when it comes time to talk about it, they have one or two incidents to mention. He abused Amber. Yes he’s a great actor and an interesting man but drugs, alcohol, and emotional issues drove him to lay his hands on this woman.

I could listen to Johnny’s voice allllll day……
I swear, if the jurors take any more than 10 minutes to deliberate (I’m exaggerating here to drive a point that we all basically agree upon) when the time comes, they must not be of even average intelligence, have no intuition whatsoever, are sight & hearing impaired. How I WISH I was on that Jury!!
I used to hate Jury Duty, spending all day there just to have the Judge dismiss me as soon as he found that I am a Nurse, an essential, who supports herself and stepchildren at the time, but after seeing all of the aspects of this trial, I no longer hate it.
Amber’s antics have thoroughly disgusted me. She used & abused Johnny, as well as others. Instead of sitting there, smirking & even smiling, looking straight into the camera (creepy), she should be thinking about where she’s going to work after all her money is taken from her. Johnny NEEDS to win this!

It’s so sad that men get abused like this often and yet gets zero attention or credibility in court. My ex wife claimed DV and with zero support, zero evidence, zero witnesses, no photos and she still won. Courts sided with her because she is a petite female that was a stay at home mom and yet nothing I could do or say could defend myself. If I “looked” unhappy in court with my wife lying on stand-I would be told by my club having those facial expressions make me look guilty?? I commend JD for simply looking down most of the time when AH tells her stories. This trial I hope sheds some light on the realization that men endure this quite often. I ended up losing my children in the process. Her abuse claims continued and stretched to the point claiming I abuse my children. My children meant the world to me and now i haven’t seen them in almost 6 years.
