  • This green smoothie is how I start every morning, and it helps me stay lean, healthy, and fit after 50.
    I'm sure you've noticed your body and metabolism changing as you get into your late 40s, like I did. I started doing intermittent fasting and worked this green smoothie in as the first meal of the day. It is packed with superfoods, vitamins, and protein, and it gives me energy and keeps me full throughout the first half of the day.

    Love your smoothie! Looks awesome and so full of nutrients! I just a local Protein w only 7 ingredients: Ready Nutrition: Whey Protein, Whey Protein Concentrate, Cocoa (Choc flavored), Natural floavor, Stevia, Monk Fruit. Really Like the idea of Alkamind.

    How does the cashew milk taste? I'm curious. Love oat, Almond and lactaid milk. Also any recommendations on what smoothie can help with abdominal pain?

      i like the cashew. I had to limit my incredients due to that too - im going to see what else will help.
