I've been a huge Disturbed fan for 20 years. I listen to this song all the time at the gym. I finally saw them live last summer a few days prior to my birthday and then saw MetallicA, my favorite band of all time, on my birthday.
Such an awesome summer and Disturbed is hands down my second favorite band of all time, only because I've been a MetallicA disciple since I was 10 years old.

I saw Disturbed at Madison Square Garden Monday night and it was a life-changing performance. They way they care about the audience and the compassion they show towards their fans gave me a new perspective on life, one that I want to keep with me and adapt into my own lifestyle. If you haven’t seen them live yet, it is a MUST.
I know this is a hefty request, but if you can react to Dream Theater -either Octavarium or Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence (the whole thing, from the overture to the closing) - that would be amazing. Both of those songs will require a super long video but I’m sure no one here would be opposed to a little extra Alex Hefner in their day ;)

Alex, you should watch Disturbed's music video for "Land of Confusion". The original version of the song was by Genesis, but both versions are good. In the music video, the same character with the guns, the "vengeful One" who took out the demon guys is also in Land of Confusion. He's more popularly known as "The Guy", and he's on the cover several Disturbed Albums: Ten Thousand Fists, Indestructible, Asylum, Immortalized, and their 'b-sides' album, The Lost Children... which is better than a lot of peoples' actual full release albums. The Guy is basically the band's mascot.

Continuing on with their songs against the corrupted media, Disturbed releases Legion of Monsters. This songs message is clear from the start to the end, but they way they push that message is fantastic. I highly recommend it. It's almost like a brother song to this one.

There’s one song that I think you’d actually love called “Wasted Time” by Skid Row. When my aunt passed away from an OD a couple years ago I listened to it on repeat for days and it still brings me to tears. It’s a powerful song and deserves you to listen to it. There IS no bad Disturbed song...they can do no wrong. Love their cover of Simon and Garfunkel's Sound of Silence. Draiman's raw emotion just takes that song to another freaking level.
