I built a pendulum beam hammer, this style I could convert it to power operated relatively easily. My original thought was a treadle wheel powered but a small motor means less muscle work. Nice to see one working. Less complicated than the wheel version .

I have to say, it looks pretty effective. I am skeptical of the timber construction, but it clearly works. I like the stroke adjustment too.

Nice hammer and congrats on the build! I especially like your cam mechanism - pretty clever!

+Rick Rabjohn thank you very much! It was definitely a fun build and the cam mechanism is definitely a pretty clever one I don't know why it didn't make it to more designs other than the Bradley helve Hammer of yesteryear. But in my opinion it is far superior to the other kind of camming with just an offset pental. Thank you for the great comment God bless you this new year

Is there a segment of video in this series that shows the entire hammer working? I would like to see the leaf spring and pin connection in action.

Excellent work my friend !!! Greetings from Chile. Question, how many HP and RPM the motor has? And what's the total weight of the hammer head? How many strikes per second it performs ? I will appreciate so much your reply, god bless you!

I've always found it curious how some people add the word "take" into their vocabulary during casual conversation. Such as "I'm going to TAKE and show you something"
or "what I do here is I TAKE and put this here" etc etc
It seems to imply that the one speaking is doing more than they are actually taking and doing.
I wonder if it is a regional affectation or something altogether different. I'm going to take and Google it. When I find out I'll take and get back with you.
When I take and take a picture I need to take and take another take sometimes so I take and take a retake.
