I've been doing this 1x daily for a week and 2 days. I'm getting much stronger and not shaking as much. Still trying to work my way up to the full 60 sec per exercise
@@RevivePharmacy it takes me around 2 years. I follow many workout videos and this is one of them. My dairy routines that I must do are calorie deficit, 10,000 steps at least, and 30 minutes of working out. Hope this helps. (I’m not native so don’t judge my English.)

Day 1 Slow but steady ✅ I walked 3miles @63 min ✅ 72 stairs ✅ I reduced style & time (15 sec) of each plank ❌ I collapsed on floor and napped. Day 2 ✅I did planks first 20 seconds ✅72 stairs ✅Walked 3 miles with two small bottles of water- 55 min ❌ I crawled into my bathtub Day 3 ✅altered planks @20second ✅72 stairs ✅3 miles w/water bottles
I hadn't done plank-focused workouts for sooo long, i've just finished this and I'm so out of breath😅 that's a major wake-up call for me. Planks used to be my favourite, i definitely need to get back to doing them regularly

Tough today and i didnt feel like doing it Day 5✅️ really was nott looking forward to this😭😭
