Completed it on my first try; surprisingly difficult on arms - less so on core. I’m 61 years old and have been following Joanna for a few years; abs and push-ups mostly. She’s terrific.

Fantastic. This has helped me so much strengthening the core. Thank you. I only managed 2 mins at the beginning and improving by 10 secs after the third attempt. Progressing slowly and getting stronger all the time.😁
One of my fave plank workout! I completed it from beginning to the end and my arms and abs are dying but I love it! Thank youuuu for your awesome workouts.
Good job. Core is everything as we age. I incorporate planks in all my warm-ups and cool downs. Your 5 minute version is excellent, I like the variety of movements.
How I do this video: every time I take a brake, I pause the video, then I rewind it 10 sec🤣

Just started this morning, working on this plank work-out. It's insane. Will have to stay it, at least weekly. I will get through it!
The only time that I felt too long for 5mins. Can’t wait to see and feel myself getting stronger, let’s go!
I joined a plank challenge and one of the other members mentioned doing this video. I should've never clicked on the link, I'm addicted to doing this every day now! I currently do 9 minute planks and it's not the most exciting thing though I love being able to up time. Doing this challenge is harder for me and I think it's a better workout. The up down planks are a killer, wow!

I curled up on the couch and watched it straight through. No pausing.
I'm trying to currently build to holding a plank for 2 minutes.
I found a 3-minute plank challenge. I'm going to try that everyday for a week.
Then either take a break the following week and continue building towards the 2 minutes or move onto this one or your other 5-minute plank challenge video.
By the end of February I want to have done each of the videos for 1 week each.

Adapted this to my ability..I do 3 of the exercises, break for a minute, then the next..break for a minute, next 2, break for a minute and then finish..I’m now 68…Love Johanna’s amazing workouts…They are the “medication” to keep me healthy, strong and energized..

I have been a triathlete and into strength training for 15 years and had pretty strong core to start. I stopped a couple times around 3 minutes in but have now been steadily completing the workout. I like it and can feel the benefits.

Joanna you are amazing...I did 2.03 before quick release, carried on until the end with 3 or 4 more releases, I am 59 so not too bad IMO, thank you for this super plank challenge..

Ive been missing out workouts due to studying and stress , but mustered uo the atrength to do some plank challenges and fully completed this. I was close to giving up at some points since it was so late but hearing your encouragement really helped me push through. This meant so much to me and your truly inspiring. I stopped many times during my first try. After doing it 2-3x a week for a month with progressive achievements, I finally managed to complete the whole 5min plank challenge! Perseverance 💪

"This is a little bit more challenging," oh, I love her sense of humor. This is fantastic, though, I can't wait to try it. I'm doing the 30-day plank challenge, working my way up to holding a plank for 5 minutes. Just finished holding it for 50 seconds today. I think I'll do this workout after I finish my 30 days, woohoo! (Assuming I don't have COVID-19.)

Hii joanna...I'll try this challenge...will try to complete at least 3 minutes...as m following your workout since couple of months back...Joanna your workout is really inspiring one...but I wanna ask one thing as you have uploaded a no of videos...and will surely upload more of...plz make a schedule for the exercise that we should do for the specific time and then should move on to next one...or we mingle one with another...and how much days we should workout in a week...some another questions like that...as I always get confused in doing that which one I should do which not to do...as all the exercises couldn't be done in just one day so it would be better if you make some chart regarding that & I'll be very thankful to you... please Joanna... thank you...
