I got 14 broken vertebra spanning 3 sections, severe inflammation up and down for EIGHT years now. I also got migrating compression neuropathy always pairing with two verts, and their neighboring branches. indicating shifting discs, but MRIs are $$$. did 2 rounds from this vid..... and for once the neuropathy is gone. its not about a weak core, its about moving tissue, to move the liquids involved, and get everything free flowing, once it is free, shtuff can realign like it couldn't ( to help reach THIS COMBO IS exactly WHY they give pain killers.... I started this video 2 1/2 weeks ago barely being able to hold a plank for 15-30 seconds and now I can do this video 4 times daily while adding plank ups and plank hip dips. Keep doing you. 💯
This is freaking miracle, i tried this everyday in five months everymorning, and it gave me more curvy body and it made my waist thin, surely everyone says this but this one!! Is a miracle! Just believe and you'll see changes after 3 weeks, you dont even have to eat healthy (I didn't 🤣🤣 ) but eating healthy would boost the result, so Try this everymorning and its only 5 minutes work out! So dont be lazy!! 5 MIN for beginners I'll start on: mon to fri , rest: sat to sun, Because after that you'll do that every single day Then do it mon to sun everymorning ( I swear after you do this for the first time your sore for two days🤣 but make sure after your good, start working out again!👍👍) Disadvantage: you'll get annoyed repeating this video everymorning 🤣,
Started doing this Sept. 2021. At the time I was 52 and weighed 235@5 foot 10. Within 6 months I was under 200 and today I'm 165. My waist is now 31 and my energy levels are through the roof. This is the only exercise I get. 5 minutes a day, I don't rest anymore between planks and do push ups in between. I'm going to live to be 100.
I did it for 4 weeks , 6 days a week . My arms slimmed down and look more toned . I got stronger and it helped me with the lower back pain. I will continue doing this for the next month and I will update my progress.

I did this, after a month, upgraded to doing it without lying down between exercises, kept increasing time for 6 months. I can now do standalone elbow plank for 4 minutes 20 seconds. I went from 75 kgs to 64 kgs. I don't have much muscle but I've gotten a lot stronger
Finished Day 1.. what a work out. I’m 68 y/o and glad was able to keep up. Day 2 tomorrow and will combine with standing abs and arms workout to 1 hour workout. 🙏🏼🙏🏼Thanks for the motivation!💪🏼
I've noticed that this does give me all day energy AND I've lost 2 inches in my waist and a 1/2 in my arms since I started this exercise. Today is day 10 for me. I had 3 days of break since I started, one was due to a migraine. I will definitely keep this up. Oh, I must include that I did change my eating habits since starting this exercise.

You need to be more disciplined in the morning, I have a strict routine that I have stuck to for years, wake up, flick the kettle switch, do a longggggggg morning horse wee, make my coffee, then I sit and drink it.

This programme works wonders. I had a big pouch but soon after a month I had flat tummy. It's amazing. At first it was difficult to finish 60seconds on plank, but you eventually get used to it.❤
I would like to share my experience with this exercise. First of all, thank you Bright Side for sharing this very helpful video. I started doing this exercise last May 14 and I continue doing this until today. My weight used to be 129lbs. And now I'm 4 pounds lighter - 125lbs after doing this full exercise. My waist used to be 30 inches. I'm now 28.5 inches in just a week. I started doing No Rice Diet since Day 4 only. Other than that, I eat what I want even sweets but moderately. I'll be back for my progress if I succeed doing this for 30days. This is the easiest exercise to lose weight I must say esp. to lazy ones like me. I dont really do exercise everyday but this one makes me really motivated. I can actually see evidence on my waist since it developed curves deeper than my usual and my tummy is not so big anymore. I feel confident again in just a week.
Update: Today is my 18th day with this routine. I had 2 days rest since yesterday and the other day. Waist: 30 inches --> 28 inches Weight: 129lbs --> 121lbs

Consistency is everything with this workout. Did it a year ago for a week, but forgot to do it one day and forgot about it. If you wanna see results i hope you keep it up
I've done planking before, but never a workout that is all planking! I worked up a sweat in 5 minutes, felt like I had just jogged a couple of miles! Good workout!

I've been exercising for the past 2 months. The results was really amazing. I combined three exercises that can easily burn fats on our body. And also, try to lessen your food that you take for the whole day. And here are the titles of the exercises. From Bright Side: 8 super easy work out and the 10 minute work out. And from blogilates: the quick tone arms workout. It was really effective! I've lost 6kg already. I also started my diet plan on the last week of March. And now I can see the results! I'm doing this exercise 1 week from now. All I can say is wow! It worked! My abs are starting to pop out❤

If you're a beginner just do the first two for a few days, then add on two more, do those four for a few days, add on a few more and do those a few more days and so on. It's not good to do all of these at once if you've never done it before

No really I use to do my workout in evening but was hard because of already being tired from the whole day now I do at 6 am in the morning , feel better than in evening but it's on you just stick to ur time in morning u r fresh so u can do better

Yeah I’ve been doing these everyday for a week since yesterday and it definitely becomes easier as the days go by. I can also do a few pushups and I haven’t been able to at least do them at all since fifth grade. My arms are becoming stronger and I’m finally feeling healthier, this coming from a complete lazy potato sack who sleeps and eats all day and gets tired just from coming up the stairs. I can run a bit better now and I barely could to begin with. My body wasn’t too bad off to begin with but I definitely had a tad bit of blubber in the gut, I’ve noticed that my waist looks more defined than before as well. All in all, I’m definitely gonna continue because it’s the simplest yet most effective workout ever and I don’t even have to get out of my bed to do it.
Week 9 day 7! Finally finished 9 week worth of workout! My result? To put into perspective, hold a piece of letter sized paper in front of the waist. BEFORE-in order to cover my waist lengthwise, Had to put it horizontally(landscape)... NOW-I can hold it up vertically (portrait)to cover my waist! HUGE DIFFERENCE! Feeling proud!

Day 7 to till now: doing 5 × 60 sec (Alternate position) still taking few sec break Day 14 to till now :150 sec 60 sec 60 sec 60 sec 120 sec ( started to feel real bunout) wont belive i lost 1.5 Kg (combined with intermediate fasting) ----------------- Day 84 Aug 19 2020: back after long time, in month and half monthtime i have added few more workouts and diet change to boost my weight loss. currently doing 10 mins plank( 4 mins, 2 min, 2 mins and 2mins) 10 mins mountains climber (same as plank,but you move your legs such that u claiming mountain, 5 x 2 mins ), 3 mins dragon plank and 2 minz reverse plank, finally 1 min push ups..in total 25 mins lost 9 kgs. currently 73.5 kg reduced from 82.5 kg combined with intermediate fasting. 6 days per week(min 5 days) If i can, any one can. please dont giveup after few days..once you cross 20 days...it will become your habit. Honestly, I love your exercise it's little bit difficult but no problem in this. I lost 4 kg in 4 weeks. It great. First day we feel little bit difficult but then you get in habit of this nd feel 😎easy.
i've been doing this exercises for 2~3 weeks and i've noticed a huge change. first of all my belly got flatter, than my arms got fitter and i almost got rid of my love handles. this is a really effective work out, but don't forget to try to eat healthier and i also now eat smaller portions. ( ps: i've been doing this work out every day during this weeks )

Prity Thakur yeah, oh course you can take a break. For example i can't go for a second elbow plank with raised leg just because i feel that i'm gonna fall and die hahah.
The first time I worked out to this video last year, when I got to the last exercise and saw it was elbow plank, I said “Again😭”. It made me laugh when the voice-over person said “Yes, again”, wasn’t expecting that.
yep. I've done this exercise. for 17 days i am doing this and eventually i've seen changes in my body, my waist became slimmer and I lost 3 kgs. I am gonna continue this for lifetime.
This has really help me feel healthier. Lately I've been more weak in my right side but since doing this routine I have noticed myself getting stronger and better the more I practice. My first try I couldn't even hold the first full plank, now I can do the 60sec elbow plank with no prob.

Chasity Réve ... Lifting weights at the gym helps a lot for your back too. Lat pulldowns, chest press machines etc etc. Needs to be done with decent weight. Not light. But work your way up. Helped me immensely. Went from being a cripple for 5 yrs to playing sport again at 40 yrs young.... Including fast bowling in cricket which is about as brutal as it gets on the back and body. Deadlifts, squats, bench press and barbell over head press are the main ones I use to keep my back strong as well as many machines, also long bike rides on a long cycle path in my area. Hope that helps.
I have to admit. If you stuck with it. These bright side workouts are buried treasures. I did his 15 asana to change your body three months. I still do it a couple times each week. Just get up everyday and do it. You will be amazed.

Same, this is hard with scoliosis but really good for you ( I can last only 30 sec with a nice 5 min break between 😁) I do not have the muscles for side or leg lifted plank though
Plank - the perfect exercise to tone your body. Yes correct, it is very hard at first & it feels ages even ONLY for 30 seconds. But believe me, when u do it a daily routine, u will find it easy. All the Best guys. 💪
Khadeeja Akhtar I did! 19 days later, my midsection is shrinking and becoming toned. But you have to give yourself at least a day of rest between X amount of days to some results. Such as I did, first I went 14 days straight, in the morning, then take one day from the workout. Then I went back to the workout the following day for another day. Every day after that, my body has been showing results. You do need to take a day off to let your body rest to show change. But for me, I drink a liter of water before I start working out to avoid serious headaches, bodyaches, muscle-aches, or dehydration when I workout. So far I haven't had a headache since I started drinking a liter of water before working out. But you got to eat a healthy breakfast afterwards. It can't be anything for breakfast.

I've noticed that this does give me all day energy AND I've lost 2 inches in my waist and a 1/2 in my arms since I started this exercise. Today is day 10 for me. I had 3 days of break since I started, one was due to a migraine. I will definitely keep this up. Oh, I must include that I did change my eating habits since starting this exercise.

I would like to share my experience with this exercise. First of all, thank you Bright Side for sharing this very helpful video.
I started doing this exercise last May 14 and I continue doing this until today. My weight used to be 129lbs. And now I'm 4 pounds lighter - 125lbs after doing this full exercise. My waist used to be 30 inches. I'm now 28.5 inches in just a week. I started doing No Rice Diet since Day 4 only. Other than that, I eat what I want even sweets but moderately. I'll be back for my progress if I succeed doing this for 30days.
This is the easiest exercise to lose weight I must say esp. to lazy ones like me. I dont really do exercise everyday but this one makes me really motivated. I can actually see evidence on my waist since it developed curves deeper than my usual and my tummy is not so big anymore. I feel confident again in just a week.
Update:
Today is my 18th day with this routine.
I had 2 days rest since yesterday and the other day.
Waist: 30 inches --> 28 inches
Weight: 129lbs --> 121lbs

I've done planking before, but never a workout that is all planking! I worked up a sweat in 5 minutes, felt like I had just jogged a couple of miles! Good workout!

I remember when I first started these, I could hood for maybe like 10 seconds at the max ( extremely unfit due to a zipline fall the rendered any thing that had to due with back or thighs painful or hard work ) and now even though I can barely do it I held every single pose the full time given. I've been exercising for the past 2 months. The results was really amazing. I combined three exercises that can easily burn fats on our body. And also, try to lessen your food that you take for the whole day. And here are the titles of the exercises. From Bright Side: 8 super easy work out and the 10 minute work out. And from blogilates: the quick tone arms workout. It was really effective! I've lost 6kg already. I also started my diet plan on the last week of March. And now I can see the results! I'm doing this exercise 1 week from now. All I can say is wow! It worked! My abs are starting to pop out❤

If you're a beginner just do the first two for a few days, then add on two more, do those four for a few days, add on a few more and do those a few more days and so on. It's not good to do all of these at once if you've never done it before

Yeah I’ve been doing these everyday for a week since yesterday and it definitely becomes easier as the days go by. I can also do a few pushups and I haven’t been able to at least do them at all since fifth grade. My arms are becoming stronger and I’m finally feeling healthier, this coming from a complete lazy potato sack who sleeps and eats all day and gets tired just from coming up the stairs. I can run a bit better now and I barely could to begin with. My body wasn’t too bad off to begin with but I definitely had a tad bit of blubber in the gut, I’ve noticed that my waist looks more defined than before as well. All in all, I’m definitely gonna continue because it’s the simplest yet most effective workout ever and I don’t even have to get out of my bed to do it.
Week 9 day 7! Finally finished 9 week worth of workout! My result? To put into perspective, hold a piece of letter sized paper in front of the waist. BEFORE-in order to cover my waist lengthwise, Had to put it horizontally(landscape)... NOW-I can hold it up vertically (portrait)to cover my waist! HUGE DIFFERENCE! Feeling proud!

I started doing this in the 14th of May now it’s the 18th and I stuck with it everyday so far it does get a little easier on the side ones however I still have trouble with the leg raised up but I’m not giving up! Neither should you!

Day 1 may 242020: 30 secs (thought is not for me)
Day 2: 45 Secs and 30 sec with 2 mins break (My dog came near me to check i am ok after hearing heavy breathing)
Day 3: 60 Secs 30 sec and 30 sec (2 mins and 1 min break breathing improved not so heavy as yesterday)
Day 4 : 60 sec 30 sec 30 sec 30 sec 30 sec (3 mins with 1 mins break betweeb)
Day 5: 60 sec, 40 sec 40 sec 40 sec 60 sec (My hands feeling little better compare to previous days)
Day 6 : 60 sec 60 sec 60 sec 30 sec 30 sec 60 sec ( Finally 5 mins completed, of course with few sec break in between)
……....................
Day 7 to till now: doing 5 × 60 sec (Alternate position) still taking few sec break
Day 14 to till now :150 sec 60 sec 60 sec 60 sec 120 sec ( started to feel real bunout) wont belive i lost 1.5 Kg (combined with intermediate fasting)

Day 84 Aug 19 2020: back after long time, in month and half monthtime i have added few more workouts and diet change to boost my weight loss. currently doing 10 mins plank( 4 mins, 2 min, 2 mins and 2mins) 10 mins mountains climber (same as plank,but you move your legs such that u claiming mountain, 5 x 2 mins ), 3 mins dragon plank and 2 minz reverse plank, finally 1 min push ups..in total 25 mins
lost 9 kgs. currently 73.5 kg reduced from 82.5 kg combined with intermediate fasting. 6 days per week(min 5 days)
If i can, any one can. please dont giveup after few days..once you cross 20 days...it will become your habit. Best of luck guys!!

i've been doing this exercises for 2~3 weeks and i've noticed a huge change. first of all my belly got flatter, than my arms got fitter and i almost got rid of my love handles. this is a really effective work out, but don't forget to try to eat healthier and i also now eat smaller portions. ( ps: i've been doing this work out every day during this weeks )

This has really help me feel healthier. Lately I've been more weak in my right side but since doing this routine I have noticed myself getting stronger and better the more I practice. My first try I couldn't even hold the first full plank, now I can do the 60sec elbow plank with no prob.

I have bad posture and when my back hurts after a day of work, I do this exercise, and my back literally would not hurt anymore. 🤗😁
Chasity Réve ... Lifting weights at the gym helps a lot for your back too. Lat pulldowns, chest press machines etc etc. Needs to be done with decent weight. Not light. But work your way up. Helped me immensely. Went from being a cripple for 5 yrs to playing sport again at 40 yrs young.... Including fast bowling in cricket which is about as brutal as it gets on the back and body. Deadlifts, squats, bench press and barbell over head press are the main ones I use to keep my back strong as well as many machines, also long bike rides on a long cycle path in my area. Hope that helps.

I have to admit. If you stuck with it. These bright side workouts are buried treasures. I did his 15 asana to change your body three months. I still do it a couple times each week. Just get up everyday and do it. You will be amazed.

Khadeeja Akhtar I did! 19 days later, my midsection is shrinking and becoming toned. But you have to give yourself at least a day of rest between X amount of days to some results. Such as I did, first I went 14 days straight, in the morning, then take one day from the workout. Then I went back to the workout the following day for another day. Every day after that, my body has been showing results. You do need to take a day off to let your body rest to show change. But for me, I drink a liter of water before I start working out to avoid serious headaches, bodyaches, muscle-aches, or dehydration when I workout. So far I haven't had a headache since I started drinking a liter of water before working out. But you got to eat a healthy breakfast afterwards. It can't be anything for breakfast.
