I find it a little difficult to get the movement of spine open/close, i guess this is due to stiffness and lack of exercise

Hello, is there any conflict if i as Christian, Catholic practice qigong. I read about some possesions with people who practice qigong. Sorry if question is stupid but i am worried.
Oh please, I am a recovering catholic and that was all medieval nonsense to keep people enslaved in the Roman Catholic church.
Most of those popes were possessed themselves. Use your inner awareness and higher mind on this one. Of course not.

That might be good for prevention…but I can barley move,so it’s impossible to do
Sorry to hear that. Try just the gentle shaking and/ or dragon back. They both help me when my back is out. Just practice a little as long as it helps and doesn't cause more pain. Be gentle. Wishing you a fast recovery 🙏
