      Sorry to hear that. Make sure you don't over do it when practicing. The movements should be gentle, especially if you are new. Are you feeling better?

      Not really. I wonder if the horse stance makes it worse.

      Try a higher stance and be careful of knee / foot alignment. Sometimes we are out if alignment and as the practice starts to correct things it becomes challenging. Try shorter periods and higher stance

    That's very interesting, but please allow me to say that in TCM, until the emotional root cause of the back pain is fixed, the pain will be back again.

      Thank you for your feedback. This qigong works to balance the emotions as well. These are teachings we learn as we go deeper into the practice.
