    I have L4 L5 S1 2.4mm disc herniation. I have lost feeling and strengh in my right leg and now my left leg is hurting with tingling and numbnes. Went to a Chiropracter but only did about 6 sesions then quit going. It did make my legs feel light and less tightnes. I have been in a walker for 2 years and afraid of getting surgery. I have been seeing your videos and thinking of going back for chiro therapy and doing your excersises. Hopefully this time it will work... Thank you

      Hi there, chiro is a useful tool but i would at this stage i would lean more towards physcial therapy to get your core strong and work on strengthening the tissues around the spine. Do you have access to a physio? if not let me know and i can send you a starter programme to get you going :)

      My insurance doesnt cover physical therapy just Chiro . If you can that would be greatly apriciated. Thank you so much in advance

    Hi Colin, thank you for all your advice. My question; what shape should my back/spine be taking on as I increase the stretch? I find myself either starting to arch, which hurts then tuck and flatten, which can also begins to hurt. I guess I’m looking for a queue to have in mind at the start.

      Hi there, the spine will be neutral in the optimal position but most people lack the initial strength to hold themselves in that position initially so it is helpful to use a wall or door as a back support.
