Hi, I made this yesterday and offered some to my neighbor today. It was really appreciated. I like my metric system for many reasons, it is easier, less messy and easier to scale up or down. So for people like me, I am adding measurements: 1 cup pecans (I used walnuts 110g) 1/4 sunflower seeds (I used 40g pumpkin seeds) 1/4 cup cacao powder 36g 6 dates for me 136g, they were big No cacao nibs (I didn’t have) 2 Tbs coconut flour which I didn’t have and I used 12g of Barney almond powder (similar to pb2 but almond) 2 tbs coconut oil For the filling used 192g tahini (trader joe’s) 80g broken walnuts 6 Tbs maple sugar instead of 8 for a total of 100g 1/2 cup coconut sugar I think is 85g but I used 50g and still is a bit sweet for me 100g coconut oil 60g of dark chocolate chips (I was thinking if it would be ok to do 60 of coconut oil and 100 chocolate…) A pinch of fleur de sel And 1tsp vanilla No topping for me As it was, my cake weighted 870g total: 4891 cal, 111 protein, 289 carbs (56.5 fiber and 206 sugar), 391 fat (saturated 155, poly 142, mono 70g so, just to give you an idea a 30g piece is 169cal , 3.8 protein, 10 carbs (1.9g fiber and 7.1 sugar) and 13.5 fat And I didn’t add extra toppings I prefer to cut into squares because it’s so rich that I wouldn’t want a slice. It freezes super well and can be eaten straight frozen because it doesn’t get too hard, not sure changing the ratio coconut oil to chocolate I am already thinking what to try next. thank you @lowkey table :)

I made this yesterday for a family get together and it was sooooo delicious! It was loved by everyone ❤. I substituted sunflower seeds with hazelnuts and cacao nibs with dark choc chips but the rest of the recipe was followed. Thanks for the video 😊

@Deb… I think it’s more protein than carb. The recipes are gluten free and vegan! My daughter has just been undiagnosed from Hyperthyroidism just from eating these recipes instead of the generics!! Also, we’ve both lost weight in the last 3 months and feel great…energetic health! My Doc has Nahum tapering of my Meds. Yay! Try these healthy recipes and soon you will definitely see and feel benefits! All the ingredients in this recipe are very healthy, these carbs are so good for your body and will be converted into energy. Swerve is a toxic artificial sweetener, contains "natural flavors" which has nothing natural in it. I have been eating plant based whole foods high carb diet for 10 years and I have never been healthier! Wishing you health!
