When i started my weight loss journey I came across many youtube channels on diet, workout but I have not seen a channel like this before. One of the greatest and underrated fitness youtube channel in the genre. From counting calories at home to give the list of ingredients with macros he has really been a information trope in my journey. Love this man and his commitment ❤❤
