    My neighbor died because of cold shower. His heart stopped ✋️ 💔. This is real. He could come out wrapped in towel from the bathroom couldn't even lie down properly on bed. Immediately was rushed to hospital but wasn't alive by the time he reached

      Water should not directly touch the head first. You need to wet your feet. Then sprinkle some water on your head first. Then you can take bath. Stroke while taking direct showers, is increasing in Western countries. Indian way of taking bath is the best❤ All the best!

    I know but night shift, sleep at 3 usually and have to wake up at 7 for kids, 9.30 free hoke take sometime 1 he or 2 hr sleep

    Hey Ryan, This is Abhijeet, currently i am following MONK MODE. I use to walk up at 4 am in morning but as i have a kid of 7 years and family it is unable to sleep before 9. But i do take afternoon naps for about 1/2 hour to an hour. Is it okey to take afternoon naps.

    Whatever he said is a normal routine which almost everyone follows but u need correction first taking dehydration major cause loss of electrolyte n second vitamin d deficiency can't be treated via sunlight as we aren't hritik friend jadooo vitamin d per day dose is required to supplement rather then dhoop

      I am also from West India. My mother tongue is also not Hindi. Still I can understand and speak Hindi. Do not have thought that I am from south India and north India. I would suggest to learn and have basic understanding of our national language.

    Sir London ma job ha subha 6 am uth kr 06:30 nikalna hota ha. 1 hour ma job pr phnch kr non stop rat 9pm tk kam krna hota ha. us k bad phir wlak to station, one hour train and then 20 minutes bus to home. change krty fresh hoty rat k 12 bj jaty hain or agly din same routine k liay phir uthna hota ha, khana bhi bahir se khana prta ha is ma ma kasyye tips apply krn and healthy rahon?

    Sir i have a doubt regarding Vitamin D absorption. The early morning sun light doesn't give us that much vitamin d compared to sunlight after 10 AM, I searched this info on various websites. Is it true?? My vitamin d is low level but not deficit till now and I want to boost them. Please give us a solutions for this.

      One doctor said to go in the sun after 11-12 for vit D. But in summer u may get a heat stroke!

    Nikhil Kamari got a stroke in such young age. May be his life style was the reason. He used to workout after 10 pm which led him to sleep late and he woke up early because all successful people wake up early.
