10 minutes - tabata cardio training for WEIGHT LOSS (exercises for beginners)

  • My dear exercisers, welcome to my UA-cam channel for a 10-minute cardio workout, which contains weight loss exercises designed for beginners.
    In this mini-training, I apply Tabata intervals, in order to achieve better results, when it comes to effective weight loss and strengthening of fitness.
    In this way, during exercise and after training, significant calorie consumption is achieved, which contributes to achieving excellent fitness results.
    You often ask me: "how to lose weight, what are the best exercises for losing weight..." These exercises are one of the ways to achieve those goals.
    So follow me through this quick 10-minute cardio workout, designed to promote weight loss and improve endurance.
    The training consists of a total of 16 series divided into 2 rounds, which are performed in 20-second intervals with a 10-second break in between. Halfway through there is a 30-second break, which is needed for a short recovery and two sips of water.
    During the break between two exercises, you can see the next exercise in the upper right corner of the screen, which will help you feel safe and motivated throughout the workout.
    For best results, it's best to do this video one more time, with 30 to 60 seconds of rest in between.
    Each exercise is done precisely, cautiously and in accordance with what the body tells us.
    During training, it is important to drink fluids (water) to avoid overheating and dehydration.
    Don't forget to warm up well before you start training and stretch after you finish. Your health is our priority, and it's important to take care of your body during exercise.
