Day after Halloween and i ate a lot of candy and felt like crap, had 10-15 minutes left in my day and decided to try to get myself to feel better. So glad i did!!! Im gonna get a cold shower and go to bed but i know im gonna thank myself later. Thank you for this amaxing HIIT!!!!
