Yes, the textures have higher resolution, lights and shadows have more depth, the fire on the cursor after shooting is more detailed. And there are less glitchy stuffs. Anyway, I did used reshade to add more contrast and some bloom.
This version doesn't have any other mode than the default Arcade mode. Hack it's the arcade version of the game, so it won't have any other modes [Like Original and Boss mode]. Anyway, I'm not aware of cheats on this version. But you can open a menu [The black menu you see in my video] by pressing F4. [Or maybe F2, I forgot]. From that menu, you can set difficulty settings, blood color, max life etc, clear ranks and so on. To have a mouse cursor, press F11 which will bring up a small triangular cursor [Like the one you see in this video]. You have to calibrate the mouse though. It should be on Gun settings> Calibrate P1/P2 gun.

No, it's not the PC version.
It's the SEGA Naomi Version played via Demul. That's why the menu is different here.
