Filling
Vegetable oil - 50ml
Onion -1 medium size
All purpose - 250g
Sugar -180g
Spring onion - 25g
Salt -3g
Water 1/2 cup
Dough
All purpose flour -250g (1 1/2cup + 1tbsp)
Sugar 35g (2 3/4 tbsp)
Salt 3g (1tsp)
Vegetable oil 35ml(2tbsp+1tsp)
Water ml (1/2cup + 3tbsp)
For filling
Butter 50g (1/3cup)
Egg wash 1egg +1/4cup water
+egg yellow Color
Yields 12 pcs
