      Sorry for interruption, are you able to explain a little bit more about the Vtx wiring one at 8:33. I don’t really understand if you need to solder both part or just choose one section and in that section you solder a bridge.

    Hey Sam, I’ve been looking into this sort of thing for a while. There’s so much drama about FPV being dead and analog being dead, but there is soooo much coming out of China at such low rates that I actually think we’re heading into a new era of analog, with new pilots joining the ranks with these cheap options. You’re doing good work here…

      I got the 60A ESC, and when I got everything soldered correctly, I plugged in the battery with a smoke stopper and it started beeping... after looking for a bit at the internet, I found that it could be smoke stopper fault, so I tried without - it wasn't the smoke stopper :D Anyway, I have then found out, that something must have been wrong with one motor output, because when I unsoldered the motor (new, working), everything booted up correctly without fault. So I wrote a refund to AliExpress yesterday and today they told me that I will get my money back. Overall great customer support, I'm ordering a replacement from Ysido rn.

      It should, just note that the M6D only accepts DC power input so you will need a separate power supply. The Hota D6 can plug into a standard wall outlet

    Hey! Great video. I'm planning on building this exact same drone. I've got two questions; is the alternate motor you put in the description better or worse? Since they both have similar prices. The 2nd question is can I use the fs i6x? (yeah ik it's not that good) I've been flying rc planes before and I want to get into the drone hobby, but I don't really wanna buy a new radio

    Hi thanks for build. I have a quesiton - motors are not start together if I use Lihv battery (1550 mAh, 60C, 22.8v, 6s1p, 35.34wh), but when I check them one by one in Betaflight its ok, they spin. But if together - no. Is it something to battery related?
    I also ended up using speedebee stack cause yisdo couldnt see my computer..... ((

    • @hoardersam10
      @hoardersam10  7 днів тому +1

      Look in the power tab for Betaflight, I think you have to do something special for LiHv 6s since betaflight usually does not expect such high voltages.
      Or charge it as a standard Lipo and Lihv

      @@hoardersam10 thanks for the feedback, so probably I resolved that issue and basically the issue was with voltage, e.g. for high KV speed we should use lover voltage (14v+), for low KV speed we should use higher voltage (22v+) . Chat GPT also calcuclated that with current battery voltage (22v+) motors should run too hight rpm value, which causes hight load... as 1v == KV per minute of your motors
