    New here and I'm starting at the beginning of the playlist. I have a few coupes and haven't decided which will be the victim. LOL. Thanks!

    Also sorry to hear about your loss. I just lost my brother to cancer and he is now with the Lord. I take delivery of my project 68 coupe in a couple weeks. I bought it over a year ago but since I did I decided that I didn't have the ambition to build another car. So I bought a 2015 Mustang that has all the goodies already and have been enjoying that. I will keep watching your progress in the future though. Stay strong!!!

    Hello Pastor Scott, sorry for your loss of your Mother but she is with the Lord now so you can take great comfort in that. Thank you for your videos, and yes the welding and grinding do take sooo much time but the finished product is so satisfying. You keep making videos, I'll keep watching them.

    Sorry to hear about the loss of your mother, I lost my father July 30th 2021, my mother has Alzheimer’s and doesn’t know anyone anymore it’s a cruel way to lose a loved one. We lost my Papa my mothers father the same way from the time I was age 16 until age 23 due to his excellent physical health. I know you are a good man and will see your momma again and she’s watching you proud of the man you are.

      Thank you for the understanding and encouragement, seriously a huge help. Praying for your mom, that is one of the most difficult things to go through. God's strength in these days my friend.

    Looking forward to what you have to say about parts this year I may pull the trigger on the parts order.

      Yeah, I am going to give you three options for quarter door assemblies. One is a legitimate hack that will save you a ton but there are some concessions you'll have to make.

    hello from France,
    I would really like to get started on a 1967 Fastback GT500 replica project, BUT I have no knowledge of welding. I would love to hear your opinion on the Dynacorn bodies-is it worth it?
    Thank You

    Sorry for the loss of your mother. Are you using .030 wire for welding your seams? If so you'll have a lot less grinding with .024, just a thought.

    • @ScottHarness1
      @ScottHarness1  5 місяців тому

      Thank you. I am using .030...thats a good call. Ive never used that thin before but it makes total sense. As you know I'm not a welder so all the help I can get I'll put to use. Thank you.

    What’s your opinion on using glue on body panels

    • @ScottHarness1
      @ScottHarness1  Місяць тому

      I’m going to be using it to bond the front end (going to use studs as well) I think depending on the application it is a good option. I probably wouldn’t do it on larger panels. Just don’t think it can hold where a weld needs to be.

    Do they make a fastback conversion for the 69-70 mustang?

    • @ScottHarness1
      @ScottHarness1  3 місяці тому

      Yes, they sell the replacement body parts that could be used to do the conversion. I haven't seen a conversion package put together by a parts house yet for that year models but you could order the individual parts and do it.
