This looks like it would really help my low back. I am a combat infantry vet that had two surgeries on my shoulders and they wanted to do spinal surgery on my L5-L2 but I didn't want the chance of not walking. Thanks your videos have helped lower my pain!👍
I’ve been watching your videos for a few years now and must say your videos are the best for pain relief and decompression. So thank you for kindly sharing. I’ve tried this one and get an amazing stretch in the upper back but have also noticed that the bending from the hip is aggravating the sciatic or piroformis, so after getting some relief in the upper back I then have to relieve my lower back.
If I may I’d like to add that people should not crunch shoulders up in the full cobra. Lengthen neck and add a few deep slow breaths to every move. Thank you for all that you share!!! You’re helping so many people
Sir Iam suffering from lower back pain and Hip due to dead lift from 2month, I have seen many videos to cure but ur videos affect more God bless you Love u God bless you sir 🙏❤❤❤
Dr Rowe your videos are excellent and a blessing! Could you please address chronic (a yr+) Plantar Fasciitis, Peroneus pain? No trauma, very flexible, active, no relief from pt, great shoes. Thank you.
I think these exercises will really help with my lower back pain. I am currently undergoing tests for spinal arthritis and am basically suffering from daily pain in the lumber region. I will definitely be adding these to my list. Thanks from Linda in Scotland 🏴
I love this video but I don’t have whatever it takes to do this full set on my own. I really want another video that’s sort of like a yoga video style to walk me through each exercise and each repetition so I don’t have to time each exercise myself and count the reps myself. I want to just be able to follow along as someone else demonstrates every repetition. Is that something you can provide? If so, I’d watch it nearly daily in place of my usual yoga practices. Thank you for all your hard work and sound advice!
I have herniated discs and a few weeks ago I had alot of pain. This exercise lying on the bed and lean toward the floor removed the pain immediately. Doing it every day now. The pain went down 80% and I can do my daily activities again. The discs were really decompressed with Instant relief.
Hi @SpineCare Decompression and Chiropractic Center, Dr. Rowe Thank you for all your videos, I really enjoy them and use many of your exercises. I know this video isn't about the cervical spine, but I figure you'd may see this before you saw the one I left on the video on cervical stenosis. I'm not sure if you will see this but if you do I was just wondering in your experience, when is it you recommend surgery for someone with cervical spinal stenosis? I understand that stenosis is common for many and for some people surgery is not necessary at all, but for some people it is. I am getting so much conflicting advice from medical professionals and I do not know who to trust. I want to avoid surgery at all cost, but I also know my symptoms have been getting much worse lately and on a recent MRI they say I have a herniated disk and Moderate to Severe Spinal Stenosis on my C5/C6 vertebrae. I am 28 years old and am a very active athlete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. My main concern is I don't want to risk having surgery if it is unnecessary, and could possibly cause me more problems down the road, but I also do not want to risk putting it off too long and possibly becoming paralyzed/losing strength or dexterity. My chiropractor says he doesn't think I need it because I still have strength, although every time I cough my arms tingle/feel asleep/numb. I just don't want to put it off and eventually lose strength. My regular doctor says he doesn't think I am going to become paralyzed out of nowhere, but he does not see me getting better without surgery. I talk to a surgeon soon, and I am sure he is going to tell me I need surgery ASAP. I truly don't know the right answer. I respect my chiropractor and I understand and am thankful that he is trying to help me not be frightened or bullied into having surgery, but I also don't want to risk becoming permanently damaged, and I am tired of living in pain. Once again I don't know if you will see this, but if you do, I understand that all individuals cases are different, but overall, at what point do you see physical therapy/non surgical treatments no longer seem to be working and you would recommend one of your clients to seek surgical intervention? Thank you for your time, and sorry for the novel. I am just trying to get as much input as possible from as many professionals as possible.
Thank you so much for your videos. They truly are a great help. Many of the stretches I've never seen anywhere else and I use them on a daily basis. "Taking it to the next level" needs to be your catch phrase. For everything 😂 A video for clicking shoulder blades would be amazing. Thanks again all the way from Ireland
Awesome stretches! Felt great relief during and afterwards although some pain arose during the stretch but it’s worth the relief. Like my coach always says. No pain No gain. Haha
Hey doc, I got this weird grinding noise in the coracoid area of my shoulder. It feels like something is grinding against my collarbone, I cant tell if it's the scapula or coracoid, or something else. Any ideas on how to adjust the internal shoulder joints?? Like coracoid?
i have extreme dizziness when i lower my head as suggested in the third exercise. Is there a way to decompress the spine where the head can remain relatively level.?
