This is so intense-- love doing this set after a jog outside. And you're so real as you record these-- we can tell these are challenging and not a walk in the park for you either! 💗
Thank you Jacqulin, I like the leg movements which are raised upward but when the waist is pulled to the left or the right it has begun to be difficult and strenuous in training.
What a set of exercises! The 'favorite' was the double leg raise while sitting upright. That's such a killer and I haven't thought of that one in so long. Your series are intense and great for a time commitment!

Wow! This is a great ab work out - I made it to minute 4 before I crashed, then I just tried to keep up as I could! Going to watch a few times before my next attempt so I am familiar with the exercises! #actionjacquelyn there is NO doubt you are in awesome shape but I must admit, to see you dig deep to get through inspires me to dig deep. A lot of trainers make everything look sooooo easy, you show that it takes effort but clearly that effort is worth it!! You're my "after" picture :)

does anyone get lower back discomfort when doing ab exercises even when you engage your core??? idk if that means my back is too weak or my abs are so my back takes over
Try doing standing abs or sitting down on a chair and lifting your legs using your hands to support as well I have a chair video on my channel that demonstrates the exercise

I liked the v sit bicycles (min 2:50) and the leg/core lifts while seated and the leg lifts/core lift on knees.

This one is killer. Love it. It would be nice to have a handout with all the moves as it was hard to follow along not knowing what was coming next.

Sounds like abs might be too weak, take the intensity down - either less reps or not as low/deep. And slow down your movement. Hope that helps.
