It is nice to see Eve Plumb join her colleagues after all these years. Watching the Brady Bunch together as a family on Friday night was a welcomed ritual.
i had tears in my eyes when I saw all the Brady actors together during the HGTV house remodel! I guess it was like seeing family I hadn't seen in ages.
I believe the lineup after The Partridge Family was Room 222 and The Odd Couple, then Love American Style. I'm pretty sure, but am I correct??? Thx if you respond to this. 😊
The exterior shots of the house were real that belong to an actual homeowner, but the interior of the house was filmed on a set at the studio. A lot of viewers thought they were inside of that home, but they weren't. The entire cast was on a set.
My wonderful TV Writer/Producer Dad Ben Starr had an amazing 70 year career and worked on many hit shows & films. Dad wrote the two famous BRADY BUNCH episodes featuring “Porkchops & Applesauce” and “Time To Change It’s Time To Rearrange” & OUR MAN FLINT, MISTER ED, MY FAVORITE MARTIAN, ALL IN THE FAMILY, CHICO & THE MAN, MORK & MINDY, PERRY MASON (Pilot Episode 1957!) & DIFF’RENT STROKES (Dad wrote “What you talkin’ ‘bout Willis?”) & Co-Created FACTS OF LIFE & SILVER SPOONS!!
I am 63 and Loved the Brady Brunch. There is no more shows on today, that were like the shows back in the 60s 70s. Miss those times so much. Such a different world now.
@@sureyyaekinci4630It’s in great condition! Smaller than I thought however, I found that the case with many locations in LA that I had known from TV/Film.
My thoughts exactly. It was embarrassing how she treated people on that talk show for daring to ask her questions about her experience on the Brady Bunch. What did she think they were going to ask about?
I’m only 35 but I LOVE the classics: The Brady Bunch, I Love Lucy, The Jeffersons, The Honeymooners, and so on… my birthday is the same as Florence Henderson, February 14th, Valentine’s Day.
When I was about 10 years old...(1974), my brother and I and some friends met "The Brady Bunch" actors at a park here in L.A. I'm not sure what they were doing there..I don't remember cameras so it might have been an event of some kind but not filming...Every, single actor was incredibly kind and so happy to talk with us. I'll never forget that!!! "The Brady Bunch" is my all time comfort tv show..even now at my age...I still can't get enough!!! xo
And still so handsome. Met him and Barry Williams, along with Maureen McCormick and Eve Plumb back in 1973 when they made a promotional appearance in the record dept of E.J.Korvettes Department Store in NJ. Was thrilled to plant a cheek kiss on both him and Barry. A 16 year old's dream come true. Still think they're two of the most handsome former teen heartthrobs from the unforgettable, magical 70's! Never tire of seeing "The Bradys"...
Brady bunch and little house alll celebrating 50 years and more shows how great those shows where. We need more shows like that these days . Brady kids stilll look so great . Mm
I watched very few of the Brady Bunch TV show. Barry Williams was coming to my state and the auditorium was packed with people I wasn’t truly a fan of his I didn’t hate him but I didn’t love him. Anyway, I want to add he was on stage for over one hour, incredibly awesome. One way I know this is because I did not look at my watch, I was not bored at all. He showed videos from the Brady Bunch he left the stage a couple of times and came back dressed in bellbottoms and a flowered shirt and a headband. I was extremely impressed at how well he did on stage. I stood in line and got his autograph… I still remember it cost five dollars, I think it should’ve been free but anyway… It was a very awesome moment in my life. I almost forgot to mention this happened approximately 25 to 30 years ago. 😊❤
just watched the first season always one of my go to shows when sad the actors amazing we need more shows like these today taught great morals and togetherness loved the house
I’m a 54-year-old grown male so I literally grew up on the Brady Bunch with the Brady Bunch… Never realized how much older the cast was than I am… If you don’t love The Brady Bunch, you’re not American
I'm 62 and i use Brady quotes all the time. Our kids have no clue what "Marsha, Marsha, Marsha" or "It was Marsha...SHE WAS SMOKING!!" mean. Classic stuff!
Iconic show love it forever! I wish family life was still like this even though blended they were so wholesome and happy. Great family values and funny. My favorite episode is Peter as Phil Packer!😅
Wow a blast from the past. Could not get enough of this show. Nice to see some members together again. I think if my memory serves me right The Brady Bunch was on Friday N.Y. time on ABC at 8:00 pm. This show is a classic, always will hold a place in my heart! Lol...I wish I could of bought the Brady Bunch house. It looks like it's in good hands. 👍 👍.
Recently bought a Roku and have been able to stream the show. I also came across a Celebrity Bowling with the cast as well, had to be 1971-1972 right around the time the show was cancelled. Worth the watch.
On Friday evenings, after our family sit down dinner, my mom would wash the dishes and I had to dry. I remember drying them so fast, because I wanted to get in front of the TV before the Brady Bunch song came on.
This show always helped me explain my family to others. When I say I have 2 sisters that are the same age, people will say "Are they twins"? I just say, "Nope. Brady Bunch".
Yes I watched forever and the dancing with the Stars with Florence and Maureen and Barry rooted for them . And the house reinvated was so great to watch . Mm
It is a beautiful fantasy world - 3 loving parent, 5 fantastic siblings, a great house and a good amount of cash. It is a wonderful world to escape to.
I grew up on The Brady Bunch, thinking how cool it would be to be as pretty as Marsha or Jan, but definitely with Jan's personality. EDIT: Born in 1960, I'm 64.
This is awesome, but I really was hoping that whoever purchased the home would offer tours for the public. If it is the 2nd most photographed house, then imagine the number fans that would be willing to pay to walk through it! That could potentially raise tons of money for charities.
I know a lot of people had a crush on “Marsha” but me being a middle child too, I had a big crush on “Jan” She was always the cutest to me and I loved her eyes and long blond hair 😎🙌 I’m 63 and I still have a crush on Eve Plumb😎😂
I am a private tutor. I show my tutees episodes and have them answer questions about the plots and write synopses as a fun English lesson. (Okay...It's really an excuse for me to bust out my Brady Bunch DVDs and watch them too.) They all love the show, the theme song, the whole package.
I’ll never understand how soulless one dimensional Carson Daly is not only still on air but promoted to The Today Show (annnd his vibe here only proves my point)
There are still people who believe the series was filmed INSIDE that actual house. I explain to them that it was filmed in a TV studio, but they still don't understand it. The exterior of the house was used in long shots that we saw from the street. The show was never filmed inside that house.
We had them in Australia from the mid 70s onwards. I have all their autographs on the wall of my man-cave. Well, all except Robert Reed. Jan and Peter were always my favorites. The inbetweenies...
I am 56 and I still love The Brady Bunch and Barry Williams
At 66 years old, I still love ❤ this show! What great memories. So glad I was born in’58 and got to watch this show weekly!
me too, born in 1958, love our childhood
Same here! Born in 1958. 🩷
I wish you could watch episodes with the original commercials that aired back then.
The series can be streamed on Paramount+.
I'm 59. Grew up with this show. And, I was a kid in a blended family. So, this meant a lot to me, to see a blended family on television.
I'm glad the cast is still enjoying being on that show its my childhood
I will never get tired of the Brady Bunch!!!
Yes you will.
Such a wholesome program!
You need to get a life.

I am a lifelong “Brady Bunch” fan right here. ❤

Friday night Brady Bunch, Partridge Family and Love American style.

And for a short time, "Nanny and the Professor" was on Friday night.
I remember The Odd Couple too but maybe that was a different channel
Loved all 3 of these shows.

Yee Gads! I've aged 😮
That house interior looks very, very cool and I’d much rather live in that than anything built in the past 30 years, you kidding me? Love it

None of the shows today make any sense to me or even come close to the shows I watched in the 60s and 70s, I'm 63 as well.
Same, I agree!!
Just visited the Brady Bunch house in LA last week. It was a childhood dream come true!
Was it beautiful

On behalf of the Hudson & Reed foundation we are so proud of this. Robert Reed and I know Rock Hudson would be so proud.
Always will LOVE the Brady Bunch!!! Wishing them the best!
One of my favorite shows. I grew up in a dysfunctional family and for 30 minutes,as a kid, I would dream of having a traditional family like them.
They all look great! Fun blast from the past!

At the risk of nitpicking, her name was spelled Marcia. It was in the closing credits of every episode.
I grew up watching them.. I thought is was a fun show.... It's still on.... 😂😂😂...❤❤❤...
They all look great. I have been a fan of the Brady Bunch show since I watched as a kid on reruns in the early 80s.
Listening to these people is like coming home for me.
I got back from vacation on Honolulu last week. I kept thinking of the Tiki God episodes while I was there. Remember that music?? 😂

It's in a middle of a suburban neighborhood. Probably not feasible.
They would have to make it ADA compliant and bring it up to commercial standards to open it to the public. That would ruin the house.
At first it was supposed to be a museum. Then a family actually lived there? Your idea is a good one😊
