Ok so this is just about me. I am 20 and weigh 90kgs. Never have I not felt insecure about myself. I was Lean once and something just led to this massive weight gain. And I wanna Change that this time. I have tried working out but then I stopped midway because I was lazy and it didn’t seem effective immediately. But all those dresses that I couldn’t wear and all those times I felt so unattractive in front of my crushes and worst of all hating my body when is desperately needs my love. So this time it’s about me and how much I would do to make the self love be at its max. I will workout 5 times a week and be on calorie deficit and most of all I would love myself in the process and keep the work going and having faith in the process. I will do this workout 2 times a week and others the other days. I will try to give my stats in a month. 11.09.2024 90kgs See ya next month. Btw loving this set. ❤❤❤ share love.
