  • Today I’m setting out on my most ambitious travel challenge ever - taking the cheapest flight I can find, every day for five days, using the Frontier Airlines GoWild Pass and seeing where I wind up. But this isn’t an ordinary travel video, I’ll also be completing challenges in each city I arrive in that were submitted by my followers, and if I can’t complete those challenges I’ll have to take a penalty (also submitted by followers).
The journey begins in Denver, Colorado where an unexpected roadblock the night before the race has crippling effects that last for the rest of the race. With stops in Las Vegas, Houston, Phoenix, and Denver I find myself navigating some of America’s most iconic cities - all connected by Frontier Airlines.
The trip isn’t without struggle, from less than desirable nights in hostels, to high transportation costs, unexpected weather and a major roadblock in Houston - this adventure was a lot more challenging to complete than I ever thought it would be.

Who is Nick Henderson, and what is NickGoesFar?! Originally from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, I have been traveling the world since I was 3 years old, and have lead a fairly uncommon life ever since. Now, I'm a commercial pilot flying in the United States, a full-time nomad and traveler. NickGoesFar was originally "The Roaming Pilot", a travel blog where I would share my adventures, tips on expat life, and photography. As I leapt headfirst into content creation, film making, and wanted to be able to share with more people - a change was needed, and after a few iterations I landed here. I am incredibly grateful that years of hard work allow me to continue doing something I love, seeing the world and immersing myself in it. 😊🎥🌎

Good video, tho no challenges in Phx? My home airport when i lived in Az was Tucson. That waterwall was cool in Vegas

No, because of the blackout dates the only flight I was able to get only had me connecting through Phoenix for a handful of hours. My big challenge there was finding a place in the terminal to sleep 😴

There is an EZ way to get around from LAS to the strip and downtown. $8 A DAY PASS (For next time)

Is that for a bus? Or what? I wish they’d connected the monorail there and run it out as far as Fremont Street. That would have made for the ultimately connected Vegas!

Great Video! I have done 20 gowild flights (winter pass), once to Phoenix from Baltimore when they use to do the nonstop but the rest all From Philly to Fort Myers, One thing with the gowild pass is that it works best with over severed routes like Philly to Fort Myers (2 to 3 per day) I always wondered what it would be like to go from place to place on the pass not knowing what was next!

The pass works great, I had no issues outside of timing with the blackout dates. I’m definitely going to be using it more! Probably not every day though like in the video! 😂
