You’re a good man Tim. Relapse happens sometimes with us addicts. We’ve all relapsed. It’s not a defeat, it’s a battle that you very much can and will win. You’re here for us and we’re here for you brother. Stay strong.
So glad to see you are feeling so much more positive. I’m also on a gut microbiome improvement, avoid UPF, healthy way of eating and believe it is helpful not just for the body but the mind too. Love that your family are supporting you! You’ve got this! Seize the day!
I just stumbled across your page and I must say I am grateful for your words.. I've went back and watched some of your older vids.... you're a light amongst the darkness
A great help tim, thank you these videos help so much.I relapsed so looking at every video you can supply.Ive been away from life a bit so now its time to get better.🙏
You can't keep us Northerners down so good to see you back Tim. It's my birthday today and seeing you back on air and looking relaxed and healthy is as good as an extra birthday pressie. Carpe Diem indeed!
Glad to see you back Tim your videos were really helping me I've relapsed myself and trying my best to pull my self around best of luck Tim this disease is killing me absalute brutal withdrawals which I can't deal with ATM
I have just found your channel im on so much to try get of and wondering is it better to do one at a time im on pregablin mirth tramadol some times any advise would be greatly appreciated xx 😢 you ar so honest its refreshing xx
Im not being facetious Tim, but you know that social media can be an addiction in itself. The inability to not post on social media for any length of time, seems to be a problem for many people. PS I'm in my 60s, so that lure isn't strong for me at all. Other lures certainly are. However Sometimes I think we often replace one addiction with another.
Sometimes replacing one addiction for another if it’s a healthier one isn’t a bad thing. For addicts who obsess about substances then obsessing about say “Painting, making videos to help others” isn’t a negative ✌️
Tim. U helped me get back after I screwed up. Don't be too hard on yourself. Thanks for being you

It is good to see you back and feeling stronger. If you are open to it, psychotherapy may also be a valuable tool to add to your routine.

Welcome back brother!!!
Hi Tim we miss you when your not making videos .
How can I reach out to you please buddy
No matter how many set backs GET back up! All of us addics understand we all have been there! Please dont be so hard on your self !
Tim please make a video on how and why you relapsed. For me it was peer pressure. Please help us who screw up. Lol
It was a blip. You’re human. It makes you more real - so onward and upward. Good to see you back.
