After much thought; i have settled on a elite 1500 with jumper harness for my rywire obd1 crx. My question is: Will my hondata cop kit work with the elite 1500? Or what ign. Kit will i need?
Great video man, I already have an elite 550 on my eg civic with a b16, harness has been done by a mechanic of mine but I feel like he didn't perfected it, idle is funky at cold starts and I have no idea if VTEC is working fully or not, and it's running on coil on plug from a k-series, it works but my mechanic also said the tachometer won't work again, do you think that he is just cutting corners or does the ECU can't handle VTEC fully and disable the tachometer when converted to coils? Thanks!
Hey I have a b series going with a stand alone cause the car is pretty built up.is their a tutorial somewhere I can check out to setup my alternator to work properly with the elite 550
@@RCautoworks so all of the wiring was ripped out of the car. Prior to my build. A fully done built turbo b seriesjust finished up wiring all the headlights, brake lights, and windows to a fuse and relay block for everything in the engine bay I have another fuse and relay block I’m gonna use. Everything in the engine has connectors and wire just not pinned and plugged into an ecu , like a harness that was opened up and all the wires separated with their sensors. it need to be re loomed so I will just pin everything into its need place when ready I just don’t know what to do with the alternator how to wire it so that it performs as it supposed to
@turbo-nicky you'll have to find a pin out, I suggest though finding new harnesses that aren't cut up and go off that. The engine harness we sell also would include the alternator ( charge harness ). Then you just have all the chassis stuff seperate. Make things easier on yourself.

And I also have an elite 1000 do you suggest that I use it instead of the 550 ? Will it be a huge difference?
550 is fine, sounds like you have issues going on. Vtec needs to be wired the opposite way compared to an oem ecu.
@@RCautoworks okay that's good to know , what about the tach? How to make it work after converting to coils?
Will you still need a engine position module for coil on plugw
Care to share any distributor settings using an oem distributor having home sync issues .
Hay anything for the b20 as for plug and play
Yes we do
