If the wife has to say all of these so explicitly to the court, what is her Advocate there for ?
In matrimonial/sexual assault/harassment cases often the judge pushes the advocates aside and queation the parties themselves
I think since judge asked her, they expect answer from her. Interrupting will be rude
Judge: "What do you want from me".
Me: "Let my advocate explain. He knows the necessary legal language".
Sir mujhe Janna hai k agar mere sasural wale mere wife ko mere se alag karne k liye jorr karre Matlab on the spot they want to separate me what I have to do in legal way
@@shrabansingh2829 if you and your wife are both together against the oppression by your sasural, you can file a case against them for intimidating two consenting and married individuals (you and your wife)

Even in Motor Accident claims Judge brush aside advocate & relevant fact and insist witness or victim to at least justified their claims. a slight mistake or hollow argument from victim side may pull down whole argument & case itself, one must be always remember that you have to fight your own battle, advocate is there to help you, if we paid hefty fee & assumed now advocate will do rest is the biggest mistake !

LOL, we had that in India, it was mischaracterized as being so pathetic, they have since done away with it (except in Parsi matrimonial matters). Although, I agree with your sentiment, I believe that the abolition of jury trials in India was a wholly anti-democratic move. It ought to be reintroduced in India in consonance with the spirit of democracy.

I helped a friend of mine. He did not have money for 2BHK flat advance of 1Lakh INR. We decided to share the flat together. He lost his job and then he asked me if I can pay part of his rent for first month. I did. and so for the second month. He told after job he will return the money. he did not. He left the flat all of a sudden without informing and I was paying 30K rent. He stopped picking up call. I was paying for grocery, internet bill and maintenance in the building. Now my parents think of me as a fool to care of others and not listening to them. To be honest, they did tell me that he will not pay money even before we starting searching for flat. he duped me of about 68K plus sudden burden of full rent on me. I have the same mobile phone where we exchanged conversations. I sent him letters, approached on Linkedin but no response. What can I do?
Listen to your parents next time maybe, world is cruel place, being good doesn't get you good, learnt this the hard way

I have a question. You should be good person to give right answer. Question - I don't have Ration Card and neither my family. Is Ration Card a must to prove that I am citizen of India and locally present in x amount of years or for any court matters?
There are other proofs like property, birth certificate, pan card
There is no clear law or nationality card in India at this time thatswhy government was introducing NRC

Sir I buyed shoe from a shop and he told me it's leather but it was fake and he charged over 1000 should I file case to consumer court and how much time it takes to resolve.

What is being explained here is the Judge needs clarity to understand what he needs to work on....if you are clear, the Judge will do his job
