    ►Description
The CJI was speaking at the felicitation ceremony organized by the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) in his honor.
The CJI highlighted the problems in the district judiciary. He said a woman district judge at Kolhapur district court told him there is no toilet for women in this establishment.
“They leave their home at 8.30 in the morning to come to the court and they return home and can use the washroom only at 6 in the evening. And the district judges told us, well, they don’t go past the public toilet because they have to go past the undertrials sitting just outside the toilet, and they find it extremely embarrassing to use the public toilet,” he said.
He added that he believes the face of the district judiciary must be changed, “first and foremost”.
Justice Chandrachud recalled how he had learned from the doyens of the bar and the judges on the bench who shaped his career.

I can say with full conviction that i have seen judges whose approach changed according to the clout of the advocate. Unfortunately, not only the clout of the advocate but also the clout of the litigant determines the result of litigation. I have been avictim of a judgment of CAT Ernakulam said to be upheld by High Court and Supreme Court in favour of Smt. Meera Sen w/o Justice Thottathil Bhaskaran Nair Radhakrishnan . She got a favorable order contrary to the RRs and the practice followed from the very beginning. In the result of which our past promotion have been held unlawful and thus our past promotion and seniority has been taken back and given to others who were deemed to be lagging behind due to zone based promotion policy.

I give an ultimate life tip.. Any person in this world should just get a degree and pursue a job.. Anything other than this is purely based on luck. Even if it's out of passion or stories like someone quitting job and starting business, its coming from within only. No formulae either you are made for it or just do a job.. . Not just in business but in personal ambitions too like love, health, good family anywhere.. Don't waste time in hopes Or in so called success. Just chill and do a job .. If you are made for anything else, youll get it..

I also didn't have legal background. I agree that to build a ground without backup these days is almost impossible. Then also I think I enjoy each and every aspect regarding litigation legality and so on. I know in finance and assistance side we are facing difficulties but still if i get a chance going back to past and chose any one stream. I chose again litigation.

J, Chandrachud had the benefit of working with eminent lawyers and could appear in Chief's Court in the beginning of his Career itself. This is the difference which comes in between him and ordinary new lawyers. New starters always start with immense struggle, don't get opportunity to argue directly in front of Chief Justice even in HCs. Their seniors, since they know that young lawyers are novice without any strong background in law, use them as peon and steno. They are not seriously trained by them. This situation is completely different for young lawyers who come from eminent family background. Just take this speech for example. J. Chandrachud right from beginning had exposure to very many eminent lawyers, something everyone doesn't have.
But it is a fact that eventually it is only hard work which wins. Even J. Chandrachud may have become CJ, he does not carry that intellectual depth, that clarity of law and class which other self-made hardworking Judges and advocates made.

The CJI should lay down a structure of fees to be charged by the lawyers and advocates of the different courts .Very often the victims cannot afford the exorbitant fees charged by them and so forfeit their legal rights to fight their case.
If there is a fixed fee for civi, or criminal case perhaps more people would think of getting justice in the courts .

My submission is that The SCI should make it Mandatory for all Political parties to Have a fair Election of Candidates for MP or MLA Elected by Party Registered members, and then to be allotted a party symbol. The Political bosses make their NOMINATION is not what should happen. Let the Nominee to get selected by Registered Party Cader. This will Change the way India becomes a developed country. Some Young brilliant lawyer should take up my submission in the SCI . It will Change our Destiny. It will Change the cast and religion politics.

During my secondary education, I got hooked on geography. I then got interested in economics and then the law. My eventual interest after being a lecturer in the past lies in research and publications which motivated me to undertake a PhD study. Currently, I am involved in writing law books. What is required is a lot of dedication to serving the underprivileged members of society for them to have their day in court which may require lawyer to do pro bono work. A lawyer should not expect to make a lot of money, people who are motivated by money should not be in a legal profession. Once in a legal profession, one should never lose hope of better prospects in future as there are many opportunities like taking up teaching and a writing job by publishing law books.

How to become / behave as a good Judge is also necessary.
    Justice Rules.
    1. Not only doing justice but it should look as Justice has done.
    2. Justice delay is justice denied.
    3. Most of the motion petitions here by the Courts are related to Political people related why?
    4. Why Political people are being granted Bails instantly, why not the ordinary peopl?
    5. Practice of Not Before Me by Judges should be erdicated, as the Judge take oth to do justice as judges.
    6. The contempt of court cases should be trialed by the Judges other than those who intiated it, in the interest of Justice.
    7. When a petitioner express his un trust on one Judge to trial his case, the Judge should voluntarily leave that Trial, but some Judges due to ego, not heeding the petitioner's plead.
    8. Some Judges feeling that they are Honest so they can act as per choice. Having Honesty is the primery duty, it is not his mercy to the Society.

Many employees and their family members died because of the financial crises and deadedly decease like cancer, paralysis, heart and kidney failure.
