Crores of crores of cases are pending in our courts and our esteemed judges are fretting over salutations? Can we get serious, please?
Right
True
Right you are suhel
Really crores 😂😂😂😂😂🇵🇰hutiya
Do you know how many hours they work in a day? And in what conditions? On low paycheque. It’s a policy problem not a judiciary one.
Getting so defensive about this with a student shows how petty the CJI is.
" Abey Sun Na .."
😂
lol
😂
i approve
😂
Kids-my lord
Men-your honour
Legends-My baap
U deserve more likes 🤣🤣🤣
simply say "judge sahab" 👍
But that could only be said in district court,in high courts and the supreme court the language used is English only
@@syedafsarimam5847 i just said in funny way...
"janaab" woul also work😂
@@abhaygoel8813 haan😂😂
@Kejriwal Jindabaad whatever
this CJI is "different" that's a respectable word ,considering his remarks on a rape victim girl
Made me disgusted.
Poora case b prdhy ho k sirf heading prdh k chly aa rhy ho?
@@lazyninja4504 Bhai inhe poori news padhne ki aadat hi kaha hai
What was the news?!
"Oye bobdi-ke" sounds appropriate for Lord CJI
Lol
😁
Absolutely correct....🤣🤣🤣
Pehle toh yahi log hume english sikhayenge aur ek baar hum english seekh gaye toh yahi log bolenge abe saale anti national 😂
Hypocrisy ki bhi seema hoti hai
😂
Knowing that a student was presenting the case, he should have accepted the salutation no matter what. The student's moral must have been taken down. I can relate.
No one cares about your morals
@@forefatherofmankind3305 Thankyou sir, your comment really opened my eyes. Unemployed is it?
@@ritvikjohn7474 the trend of bullying is not new in India. In medical colleges, professors think of themselves as demigods.
Right. It comes from the Brahmin ideology, they artificially think themselves are superior to all. Regressive thought full people use this
Firstly here an advocate present the case not the student, student appeared as to defend his case in the court, and student is not disrespectful, so addressing judges with sir or your honour is fine, and not mandatory to salute them.....
Bobde probably prefers Kunal Kamra's salutations.
Lol
Ohh myyy😂😂😂
@@VaibhavAKhandare Jeez after 2 years. Anyway thanks
He simply indirectly indicated that JUDICIARY IS NOT FREE IN INDIA
Considering the mentality of judges and their biasedness I don't wanna call them anything simply judge is enough
Well you can't enter a court room of High court and Supreme Court, so you addressing them, by which word you like doesnt even matter.
Looking at some judgements passed by court...most of the judges are not even deserved to call as Sir.....
Just address them as " bhai"
Ours is a democracy and adopted a constitution and we celebrated Constitution day on Jan 26,2021 but the courts and judges have forgotten this . Please allow you to be addressed as "Sir" not as Lord or your honour.
Exactly
I think judiciary is busy helping those who doesn't need help.
Every law student must look into this for their moot preparation !
Judges are human being don't call my lord etc we r living in a democratic country.
thanks quint👍🏻
just use "Abe Sale"😄😄😄😄😄
Lol
The Chief Justice was scared of the STUDENT Lawyer. So he avoided the case completely.
The CJI seems jobless in his last days of power.
I'm from the Philippines
Why am I watching this
"Milord" is also correct. It's French and also included in English meaning same as "My Lord".
Simply say, “JUDGE SAHAB, MAI AAPSE POOCHHTA HOON”. 😄
Judge s puchte nahi h😂
@@kratipatidar I know bro but just see the old Bollywood movies,in that they ask judge 👨⚖️
@@kratipatidar 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣epic man
@@kratipatidar Judge sahab mai aapse poochta hu ki aapko judge kisne banaya?😉
Ye lo pooch liya
"Bro....I am representing.........."
HIGHEST LEVEL OF RESPECT I USE
Anthony rozario is excellent! Should be in more videos. He has a natural talent.
"M'lord" originates from the age of aristocracy in Britain. The servants, usually from the poorest sections of London or from Ireland, had a different accent and hence would call their employers (the British peers) "m'lord".
Our courts and their decisions are influenced by the govt in power. This is where a country's defense should step in to impose justice. Lekin vo to bas pakistan se ulajhne me aur grass cutting aur hockey khelne me busy hai. Phir real hero ka bhi title lelete hai everytime. Meanwhile, gundays enter politics and make/pass silly laws who know nothing about economy. Border pe hi nahi border k andar zyada suraksha chaahiye - rape se, genocide se, mob lynch se, godi media se, etc etc.
The judge should be addressed as the Judge.
Simple
"Bhaisaab.. my client would like to plead guilty"
I can't believe in this world why we call em My Lord. Your Highness. Abe salle tu bi to insan hai. Future me RS me tu bi seat lega.
'Your Honor'....Is your's to protect, don't sell it cheap,,, should be the addressing statement!
This is ridiculous. The British had House of Lords and Duke, Earl etc We never did. So please lose all that nonsense and get real
" Eh Mamu, likh ke dai kab case final hoga".
Why pay these people with public money. No need to such people to be kept in public service who are more worried about what they should be called and not to be called rather then doing their duty diligently for which they are paid.
When so many cases are pending in the court judges are fighting what is the right way to call ..
Indian courts have become joke.
Cant we just say Hello Judge or Hi Judge or Good Day (The judge name) ?
saying "your honour", "Me lord" or lordship are english terms used by solicitors to adress their proceedings in the engish House of lords. since we dont have that, it is correct that we just call them sir, or dont refer the judge at all. since india is a democracy, the judge does not need to be adressed. "Honorable court" would be quite enough
FYI, our rule of Law has been adopted from the English
.
The main issue here is.....
The contention is takingnplace in the Apex Court in the country.
It should be respected and honored as the highest court of the land. Therefore my lord or if not at least Lordship is an appropriate term, but your honor and sir is loke fisrespecting the system
Supreme Court Judge's and other Court Judge's rather than focusing on what they should be called should focus on Solving tha lakhs and lakhs of cases
My dear friends at the @quint.
I have to say it is wonderful to see your videos, the information shared and the painstaking research which it must go through can be imagined and understood. As a lawyer myself, i have to say research and editing which one has to go through to end up with some usable content ia a painstaking and demanding job.
That said, certain matters are out of the purview of a common man. This video for instance is an example of such matters. What the lawyers address the Judges and wat the judges like to be addressed is none of the commoner's business.
Similarly certain institutions and their bylaws that govern the internal matters of the institute are not to be a subject of discussion. For making you better understand this so that you can relate, If the editor at Quint calls and refers to his seniors as Mr.Moron or mr.Buffon..have nothing to do with the public at large.
I advice you to put this video down at once as this is an internal matter and you or the public at large lack jurisdiction. To end it quint style .. Jab Miya Biwi ho Razi , kyun taang ladatey ho Qazi!.
Your Honor is widely used term if not so than CJI must clarify what to say.
Lmao jbse Ram mandir ka judgement aaya hai liberals ki kya jali hai hahahahahahaha
First, they should do away with so many holidays with so many cases pending.
Finally a useful video from quint...
I think nobody as clarity for the call of judges..
Should just say "chicha o chicha"
"ek kahani hai Jo sabko sunani hai"😂
These judges are so busy in deciding what they should be called. I think it is time they focused on more serious issues. Also, the SC mostly caters to the richest or the most powerful ones first. Ordinary men's cases take much longer to be heard. Justice delayed is justice denied.
AajTak ! Ka ad quint pe 😂
What about pendency of suits? Isn't that more important?
Call him : Dear bro
Papa bol do. Full respect 😂😎
" O Hello..."
70 years of Independence..but still in colonial hangover..
Quint,,,,, seriously.... You made a whole episode on a remark of a judge?
We should have our own salutations . Like Mahashay etc etc
How about Justice/Judge.(XYZ sir name)?
Actually my lord , lordship rwas ancient Roman usage not British...May be Honour is the correct word.. in british uses lord and lord ship......when the king heared the grivances of people..
Slove pending cases fast why are court wasting time and money... Don't know when till we need to suffer
Isse report karne KE Kya jarurat the ....is desh me Kya news KE kami h Kya ......five hindus of one family killed mercilessly in Pakistan ...ye news to cover KE nhi tumne or ye faltu KE news le aae
Hey yo! Cj wassup
Only Sir
There's too much emphasis on too much and that's why we lose the basic sense of understanding the subject in academics and real life we tend to focus more on gramtically words rather than the flow of it and sense
I respect that we should change the salutation words because it's just interesting to now focusing on ( imperial mindset respects ) that were applicable in pre independence era but not today after 1947
Sir seems efficient.
miss "Yeh Jo India Hai na" videos
JUSTICE social, economical and political .
Whether they need this much respect?
My head hangs in shame.
North India main kya chal Raha hai .
Why lord we are no longer ruled by a queen, a judge is a public servant not royalty that he lords over anything , we practise common law that doesn’t mean we have to follow the the royal court etiquette
Use judge sir or honourable bench or honourable judge. Simple
Please do videos in hindi.....Please...
Your lordship
Sambhidaan USA se utha lia... ab ek word se problem ho rhi hai...Your honour mein kya kharaabi hai...
Ijjat mil rhi hai to rakhlo...
I think honorable jistice should be sufficient
The judges should be addressed as Your Honour only and not as My Lord or Your Lordship the word Lord must be reserved for Almighty God only, no human being of whatsoever stature must be addressed as My Lord or Your Lordship under any circumstances.
This video could get you contempt of court charges!
First of all "One who represents in court is called as ADVOCATE" not LAWYER
Why should they be calledlords? They dont bring revenue to the indian government by running feudal empires...
His excellency
Magistrate are addressed by police as "janab". Anyways it was an usless point to argue, courts are concerned about how it should be addressed instead of how they could save the time by not wasting the time on useless things....
Mai baap!!! best 😂😂😂😂no argument every judge will be happy
It is not My Lord but milord. I'm a lawyer.
aese judges or umeed bhi kya ki ja skti h
I want to be a lawyer
My dawg is most suitable i guess
In my opinion Mr.officer /Mr.minister / Mr.judge is enough no need of sir itself
Justice kranti zindabad
Milord is a french word .
The court will take you to court😁
Mai baap is a good option
Media and Judiciary of my great India is no more Great.. Both MODIfied
I say judge I'm not saying your honor to make another person feel like I'm beneath them
Essy language boliye jo smjh aaye....mere college mai to Inglish ke teacher bhi Hindi mein pdhate h 😅😊😊😊😊
Need to be more down to earth
"धर्मावतार" is the word you are looking for.
The whole conventions are medieval and therefore today obsolete. They call mi lord not my lord because of the medieval British system where peasants addressed their feudal lords as" M'lord " and only people of nobility origin could call feudal lords as my Lord.
Call " Judge Sahab"
