What we do here is we draft a complaint with all the facts carefully and we sent it by courier to police station and also cc the Dsp, IG and other commandable authorities. Always works and you get your complaint registered with no hassle.

I struggled to get the FIR registered for an offence (IT Act) , my email was hacked by my bitter half my financial records stolen and used the same against me in the Divorce machine of India.
I approached the local chowki, circle police station, DSP office, SSP office but nothing. And funny thing is I was going with proof with time and date clearly showing the access to my email account. Eventually filed 156 through a lawyer, judge kept giving notices to police station and no one use to turn up from police’s side .. for over a year.
Then finally the police made a mistake of sending a letter where they pre-emptively stated my complaint was devoid of truth.. God bless my lawyer he tore the police theory in open court with just that one sentence and NBW issued for IC cyber cell then the fun began.. A lot of patience is required for any hope of justice to blossom in India.. FIR is easier said then done until someone is dead or there is any pressure from a powerful person or group..

I would request you to please make these videos in Hindi as well. I know it will consume more of your time but lets say if I have to share your videos to my parents they will not understand anything as majority of parents in India still dont understand English. The ones who actually need to get educated dont understand english and they are the ones who get harassed by the police most of the times.

Hi Amish. This is Advocate Girish Agarwal practising in Bombay HC. Also started practising in Lucknow since last few years. As you always refer "The Glorious State of UP" and indeed it is. The Law and order of this state is altogether different from other states and cities. Being a Mumbaiite I felt the great difference between UP police and Mumbai police as in the UP Police lacks that power, skill and command to maintain law and order. Hi Amish. I'm not a lawyer but a strategy that I follow is to obtain the official email id of the police station, PI, local ACP and DCP from the state police website. I email the complaint to the PI and station with cc to the seniors. Then with a printout of this complaint and the "cc to ACP, DCP" marked with highlighter I walk into the station for submission of the complaint. Even if they refuse to acknowledge the copy (which sometimes happens) there is still a proof. And at least in my experience this cuts out the games that they play.
I tries finding email IDs or my local police station and DSP but nothing was found.

These lands are ancestrial claim that has existed for decades. Yes.. this is a cognizble offence under IPC and you can file an FIR whenever you want. Police will trouble you little but if they refuse to register the complaint you have remedies against it as well

@@advocateshashank They can always say that due to overburden of work and paucity of time we couldn't see or reply to mail. Plus, time bound reply to an email is not a legal duty yet, so unfortunately there is no sanction for breach of it. Hence if they do not want to acknowledge your complaint, they will use these arguments later. That's why according to me Written / typed complaint by speed post is the best option.

Write a properly drafted application from the advocate. You can't make me to write this here. I wrote at home. Police won't give acknowledgment to. Acknowledgment of date and time and everything.

Choose legal studies optional in class 12 if your school offers. Kindly focus on the day to day present more than future. Prepare for CLAT and get into NLU.

Amish, certain cases (such as above 10 crore and above) comes under the jurisdiction of the EOW or ED or some agency. Now the EOW has to receive the complaint which is forwarded from the senior police formation (DCP or SP) to the EOW. Could you please make a video on this procedure?

Hello sir I need a suggestion i had bought a used bike in 2018 from a guy. I transferred 20k in cash and rest i paid cash he gave me a note against that mentioning he will clear the loan and tranfer the bike but till now he has not cleared the loan. Yes they can ask the tenant to leave after giving u notice to leave as per notice period mentioned on the agreement n same way tenant can also leave during the agreement period after giving notice in written. As per indian agreement act both are Biden to this.

Victim of number 5 I register the complaint and I did not k we that I have to take acknowledgment . When I went to the PS after few weeks they simply refused of any such complaint being registered.

The complainant had hired/engaged a goonda/money collector / extortionist who called and threatend to pat up.Is this not a crime?
