Down 1.5lbs is awesome! Going in the right direction. I haven’t seen a loss, but I’m still trying. 5700+ steps yesterday. I’m glad for that. Keep up the good work Stu! 🎉 you got this!

Hi Gina, yeah the travelling for work and sometimes hamper my result for that week. I do tend making the best food choice whilst I'm away on a business trips. But I have gotten better, at least I'm not seeing the very large gains like I once did after a trip. Excellent work Stu half the weight is gone. You can call this 'The Italian Job'. Apart from xmas week you always do a great job of keeping very close to your 2500 daily allowance. I was wondering how easy or difficult do you find to do this, do you sometimes have to go hungry so you don't break your target?
Cheer Stephen, and I did it without accidentally blowing up and vehicles. haha. I do find it difficult sticking within my 2,500 calorie daily allowance sometimes. I occasionally have those moments when I have the munchies and it doesn't go away. But on the whole I'm usually really good at sticking to my 2,500 daily calorie allowance Monday to Friday because I'm on plan and I meal prep. Hi ggNail. That's not true, I'm 8 years older. Lost 137.7 pounds or 62.5 kilograms and lost a combined 119.7 inches or 304 centimetres across the 14 body measurements I monitor. I would have liked those states to be much better after 8 years, but I can't have everything my own way. haha.
