Dehydrating is great. We make jerky all the time. It's also good for mangos, pineapple, and whatever else you can dream of.

Air fryer is my dehydrator as well. It takes days though, low and slow. I sit things on parchment paper.
try using the trays with the vent holes, its faster

Hi dehydrating takes a very long time in the air fryer I have done jerky in mine and I ended up ordering out for dinner because I couldn't do my rotisserie chicken . So if you're going to dehydrate anything start early in the morning or after dinner at night😅😅
