Omg I keep telling my friends I’m not depressed I’m so very tired and need to cry to relief the stress in my body.Trying to take care for both my parent with memory loss and dad dying of cancer, owning a business and my own health needs is just a lot sometimes. Thank God I can take a lot of it to the Lord and do a lot. Could use prayers from anyone who would be willing to do so for me and my family ❤️

Hey there! There are bridges in local towns covered (not my home town, but near by). However *NOTHING* like they are facing a few hours south of us. I filmed this video about a week before the hurricane. This week my kids and I took supplies to our local airport which flew supplies down to Western North Carolina. They are continuing to run supplies down. Our church is packing a semi truck to take down in a few days (nbcfamily.com/items-needed if anyone local is able to help). I have two local friends that are also heading down and taking supplies which we will be throwing needed items in their direction, too. The whole situation is heartbreaking!! 😔

Bit of burnout by the sounds of it. Have you ever tried massage ? Different types available but very good for mental and physical wellbeing 👍
I do get therapeutic massage and I’ve had several in the last few months. They are a blessing for sure 💗
