Amazing how these two are never at the front in large group comparisons. But are the best sellers.. price has nothing to do with it. I think they're just easier cars to live with every day. Test Drove Everest and fortuner and I bought a MU-X it's not the best at anything in particular but it's the best at doing everything combined..
Isuzu is a best buy of all (Toyota, Ford, Mitsubishi), lowest consumption, running costs, services, parts... And the best of all Isuzu diesel engines is undistructable it will achive highest milage, my Trooper 2.8 turbodiesel have 470 000 km and starts and runs like a new
The Pajero Sport is so much better to drive, it is no contest in my experience! Isuzu being popular and considered reliable is a weird Australian thing as well, overseas the Pajero Sport is a lot more popular vehicle. In New Zealand Mitsubishi outsell Isuzu about 6-1. Mitsubishi also outsell Toyota in utes and 4x4s now as well so they must be doing something right, and Toyota are actually cheaper to buy as well.
I love everything about the Isuzu. Except the looks. I think I'll give Isuzu five more years to better their looks before considering them. Otherwise, Isuzu cars never disappoint in terms of being tough and rugged.
If you're talking about articulation, you can't compare that from those 2 scenes because the ps took a different line from the mux. If you're talking about 4wd, then the ps had a far superior system than the mux. Notice that when off-road where wheel lift was possible, he put his foot down for the mux because the TC is not that good. But mux is a nice vehicle however, was going to buy one.
Adril - are you blind mate? the mitsubishi was driven almost a foot to the left of dmax's track. the height was very different, hence the dramatic behavior of mitsubishi.
Have both. Yeah i definetly agree. The mitsu is a lot fun, looks better interiorly and exteriorly, and more comfortable. Youll feel the isuzu is old coming from the mitsu. Cheers.
What would seal the deal for me, is the eight speed in the pajero and the full time four wheel drive. I do think the pajero should have a bigger motor, but the better transmission seals it for me. I have driven six speed transmissions, but once you try an eight speed there is no going back. The eight speed delivers much better fuel economy.
As with any other car, Comfort, luxury and technology all depends on the manufacturer. However, Reliability, depends on the owners caring ability. Simple as that.
I just drove a MUX.. yak.. I felt it like driving a Ute.. its bumpy, noisy and no punch at all despite its 3ltr engine... Terrible how do you ever compare it with Pajero? Pajero is comfy and smooth
I had a couple of weeks in each and much preferred the Mitsi in just about every way to actually drive & live with. Neither are lookers so can't really split them in that regard.
Why is the length of the car 7-8 short? Not enough space for 3rd row seat & drilling for luggage. Because the third row seats to comfort feet, drilling luggage for 7-8 people also do not have enough room. we still need a gearbox selection in Vietnam; If manual or automatic, some people like manual 4x4 or automatic 4x4. Vietnamese people still prefer off-road roads.
Mux is like a tank in the battle field ,there is toughness, rugged and ready for war, mitsubishi is like a hammer in the battle field, nice look and thats it,,,,,,
Adoring Fan thank you for taking the time to reply, appreciate your feed back.. I prefer the look of the Pajero but agree with you, I’m favouring the mux for the reasons you said
me too, I test drive both...and here are my thoughts: drivers' comfort-gripping hard on the steering feels harder on muX while softer cushion-surrounded for the mitsubishi...I feel driving like a car on the pajero sport than any other suv except everest! acceleration--pajero is quicker to launch (I'm driving both automatic trans), there's a lot lag for muX. The engine when on neutral for muX vibrates much you can feel it while inside. You can sleep at the back of the pajero on a camping, when you tumble down all the way the 2nd & 3rd row seats, adult person of 6ft tall can still fit in and sleep soundly.

FATBOY AUS The Pajero Sport is often near or at the top in group tests that I have seen.
Pajero sport came out on top in the reviews I've seen
Despite of its lights on the back, the front looks good on the Pajero Sport for me.

True. Isuzu makes the most reliable diesels in the world
Ill have to agree...
My father in law gave me his Isuzu Highlander (Crosswind) with 300,000+KM and it still runs smoothly. I was amazed since the car was 16years old
The Pajero Sport is so much better to drive, it is no contest in my experience!

I bet you like the new MU-X
Meh i like the 2018 high end better
The biggest difference between Pajero and MU-X in offroad please look at 2.35 and 3.22 minutes. Damn I love MU-X!
@@henkstols9326 4WD permanent is called AWD(All-wheel drive)

I like the interior of the Pajero sport better but I’d take the Mux .
3.0 engine was the first legendary engine and ISUZU was able to prove it😎
I'd take the Isuzu, for sure.
The Isuzu is old tech no where near as safe as the Mitzi.
@@stendecstretcher4983 your only as safe as the person driving it
pajero sport the best riding comfort, speed and power,,,,
Excellent reviews by the gent.Well done sir,you give a fair idea of the vehicle you review

Isuzu mux all the way...
I just drove a MUX.. yak.. I felt it like driving a Ute.. its bumpy, noisy and no punch at all despite its 3ltr engine... Terrible
how do you ever compare it with Pajero? Pajero is comfy and smooth
i buy Mitsubishi Pajero Sport and i feel very comfortable with this car. Nice use, durability, Japan quality ,
I think durability isuzu good than mitsubishi 👍👍
Isuzu! No doubt
I choose isuzu mux 👍 for me mux engine is really strong for off road or touring 💯💯💯
I like the Kangaroo. More speed and lightweight
honest, dont care much for all the nobs, just want something that works and will stand the test of time and towing+ comfort
There are three shown here. Mitsubishi Pajero, Izuzu Mu-x and the Kangaroo. And the winner is... Kangaroo!
Wheel articulation on Isuzu seems far superior.
They didn't really drive the same line though. It did look better.
@@mattl1962 yes i saw that they took different lines because the mux tc system is not all that.
Mitsubishi better handling best cornering smooth suspension better for cross country because Mitsubishi the Dakar rally champion, king of highway
who is better between isuzu mu-x and Pajero sport? how suspension better best? thanks
Isuzu trust me👍🏼
Pajero Sport 👍
i dont think this is a good comparison. Pajero sport is meant to compare with the fortuner
MUX is too outdated to compare any of them.
Outdated? It has some features that the fortuner doesn't have
Moonface00z your fortuner is the outdated one
The Paj is brand new tech whereby the Mux is ten year old tech you choose.
I choose mu x..a reliable one.
Isuzu engine is tried and tested. Its bulletproof. Id take the Isuzu.
I choose Mux
MU-X
Isuzu
I had a couple of weeks in each and much preferred the Mitsi in just about every way to actually drive & live with. Neither are lookers so can't really split them in that regard.
Id rather the mux but the older version...the headlight and the new front bumper design seems little bit weird
Pajero Sport! Value for money💪 4WD system💪 Problem is the small fuel tank. Mitsubishi we need 80Litres.
pajro sport has smaller engine but its more powerflull and it has more safty features

4JJ is a beast will easily do a million kms no dramas
Drove the ' Pajero Sport' the other day.. cramped cabin and annoying placement of central consol barrier that my knee bangs against.
i ask some f Japanese Friends about Mitsubishi .. they warned me.. LoL! they choose isuzu instead
JryL Zafra Im Aussie I’ll warn you that Holdens in Australia are over priced compared to European and Asian cars
@@Alfsp1 the Australian mad ones weren’t compared to European cars bloody pricey but you do get for what you pay for.
Pajero Sport 👍
Absolutely no contest. It’s the Pajero all the way.
Love Mux
Mux is like a tank in the battle field ,there is toughness, rugged and ready for war, mitsubishi is like a hammer in the battle field, nice look and thats it,,,,,,
God some people talk shit, you are one of them!
2:40 that kangaroo 😃
I like that kangaroo hahhaha
Isuzu reliability.
Could someone tell me which of these two would be a better choice for towing a caravan around Australia 🇦🇺
Thanks in advance
Adoring Fan thank you for taking the time to reply, appreciate your feed back.. I prefer the look of the Pajero but agree with you, I’m favouring the mux for the reasons you said
Pajero Sport 👍
Pajero Sport 2017 🔥
MUX on me..
I dont like mu-x becouse of the style but good at the engines
Wow! Exactly MU-X made in Thailand
Nearly all utes and 4x4s are made in Thailand...
Isuzu!!!!
Only reason i go with pajero is they have latest tech and style isuzu is good too but its old tech and design
i love the design of this vehicle.. LIKE
mu-x
Mux family suv
I like mitsubishi pajero sport
Pajero is not even to compare with the Isuzu. High class car vs middle class . Strange channel. Dislike
Oh yes,A high class car with Reliability issues, fuel scandal of mitsubishi etc.If you want luxury go for Lexus with reliability.
My dad owns Isuzu mux 2018 and 2024 and Fortuner 2023 and Pajero sport 2015
@2.40 fucking awesome, kangaroo 👍
Mitsubishi pajero the best winner
Thats one of the worst reviews ive watched, you didnt even bother to find out the specs for the Pajero. I give you an F.
👍
i vote pajero sport
I agree way better.
me too, I test drive both...and here are my thoughts:

Mu-x
Or it could be called a Challenger...
Joe VD i believe somebody else owns that name, it was always a pajero sport except in Australia
AlphGen nope, it also called as montero sport in some countries because you can search the meaning of “pajero” in spain language
Mux
IZUZU❤❤❤❤
Mitsubishi.
pajero sport is the best..
4x4 obi wan
Triton auto is 5 speed but good video anyway
Pajero looks ugly mux best looking
Rip stan lee
Pajero for me ;-)
I agree ledges ahead of the MUX.
Bishibishu pajero sport 😂
Hahahahaha. Noticed that too. What a shame bisubishi 😂😂😂
Best looking car is Mazda
Mishibishi
yeah if your hair are grey and you walk using a cane you will choose Isuzu Mux
I like pajero becouse its really cool and comfortable
