That's one of the saddest parts of the new finale. Anakin would be so proud of everything she did. But not only does he not know about it, he's not Anakin anymore.
Indeed. As we see now in hindsight, the bitter irony of this Season 5 finale parallels the Season 7 finale, where even in that final arc, she's not a Jedi no more (due to the conclusion of this arc), yet is once again, fighting for survival against the Clone Troopers. Though at least here, she had all of Coruscant to escape to, whereas with Order 66, she was stuck on a Venator full of Clone Troopers. Fortunately, thanks to Anakin's training, Ahsoka was ready for almost anything and situation, as she even told Anakin in the Season 3 finale.

There is just so many emotions going on in this chase scene. While her master who seemed to be the only one who believed her to be innocent is trying to bring her back in, because he cares that much about her, even though he fears the clones might disobey his orders on 'shooting to stun' and attempt to kill her anyways.. You can't possibly make a more emotional chase scene then this if you ask me..

0:50 The *First Battle Memorial* was a large, commemorative monument meant to honor the many clone soldiers who perished in the opening battle of the Clone Wars on Geonosis. An enormous slab of Geonosian rock, the sculpted wall was engraved with the numerical designations of the fallen troopers and erected in the outdoor plaza of the Republic military base on Coruscant, the Galactic Republic's capital, where it remained for the duration of the war.
A great chase scene! One of the best scenes of Season 5. But also, one of the most terrible too. The clones who obeyed Ahsoka, saw it as them Commander and were following on battlefields. Now, they look upon it as an enemy and seek at all cost to capture or kill. It is scary the idea to imagine how things can fail over at that point, as if time has had been reversed. +David Castagnet The thing is though, Commander Fox and his brigade have been stationed on Coruscant for who knows how long while they never knew Ahsoka personally. However I think it would have gone down a whole lot different if it were the 501st legion that had been ordered to hunt Ahsoka down since they DID know her personally, since they fought side to side with her on the battlefield. This is greatly illustrated when earlier in the episode Fox accuses Ahsoka of killing three clones but then Captain Rex comes up and says: 'I know Commander Tano, she would never do something like this!' I'd bet that at least half of the 501st legion would've refused to obey orders.
